Nick sat at his kitchen table, beginning to review the tutoring lessons he would be giving over the weekend. It was late at night, but he was focused.
Nick was able to recall subjects he learned quite easily and Math, being one of his strong subjects, was no exception. He sat at his laptop and made a lesson plan of sorts, deciding how it would be best to approach the subject. He was feeling great and could hardly believe what Molly set up for him.
By the time he was finished, it was close to two in the morning. He was surprised to find it was so late.
He put everything away and headed upstairs. As he passed Sammy's room, he stuck his head inside. She wasn't though. He went to his room, thinking she found her way there, but it was empty as well.
"Sammy," he called, suddenly starting to feel panicked. He went back into the hallway and saw Dan's door cracked open.
Nick quickly walked over and pushed it open. He saw Dan passed out on his bed, and on the floor, he found Sammy with her pillow and blanket.
Dan turned over, half asleep, and jolted when he noticed Nick.
"What's she doing in here?" he asked.
Dan was confused and then looked at his floor. "I have no clue. Bad dream, maybe?"
Nick was surprised he didn't hear her and confused why she didn't call for him like she always did.
"I should take her back to her bed."
"She can stay in here. It doesn't bother me." He yawned and shut his eyes again.
"No, she should sleep on a mattress."
"Stop being such a dad. One night's not going to hurt her back." He opened his eyes again. "Now go to sleep, you need it."
"What's that supposed to mean?"
"You ain't looking like no prince charming lately."
"Double negative, bud. Canceled the insult."
"Not when ain't isn't a word."
Nick chuckled. "Alright. G'night, kid."
"Night."
Saturday morning, Nick made waffles with ice cream for breakfast, subconsciously feeling guilty he wouldn't be home for the majority of the next two days. After breakfast though, he didn't have time to do much else other than look over what he was supposed to review with the students. At almost noon, he left.
He pulled up to one of the campus's parking lots but wasn't familiar enough with the campus layout. He got out of the car with his laptop bag and asked the first student he saw for directions.
"It's right down the path. It'll be on your right. I can walk you there if you'd like..."
"No, that's alright, I think I got it."
"Okay," she smiled flirtatiously.
To her word, it was close by on his right. As he stepped into the building, he saw Chloe walking out.
"Hey."
"Hey! What are you doing here?"
"Tutoring job."
"Nice. What?"
"According to Molly's schedule, it's two three-hour sessions of calculus."
"Two three-hour sessions?"
"Yeah, one with five students and then the next with six."
"So you're giving mini-classes?"
"Sort of."
"How did you..."
"Molly set it up."
"Okay," she laughed as if it said it all. "Enjoy, I guess."
"Thanks," he smiled.
"See you around."
Nick continued down through the entrance and followed Molly's instruction to go down the stairs, make a left, and go all the way to the end. He reached the rather large tutoring room and set his stuff down. Looking at his watch, he saw he had ten minutes to spare and decided to send Molly a cute text just before he saw the first two students walk in.
Evening came around and Molly was waiting to see Nick's car back in his driveway. When she finally saw it, she shut her textbook and ran down the street. It felt good to stretch her legs after sitting in her room the whole day studying.
She walked through the unlocked front door. Just as she got up the stairs to see where he was, he came out of his bedroom.
"Hey!" She ran into a hug. "How was today?"
"Great. It went really well. How's studying going?" He squeezed her tighter. "I'm so glad you came over."
"I was at my desk for hours and hours. But that's nothing interesting. I spoke to Oli, that's as fascinating as my day got. Was the tutoring really good? You want me to book more sessions?"
"Definitely."
"Good." She turned to walk into his room and sat on the bed. "I've gotten a few more requests for you, however, most are from the female student body." She raised her eyebrows. "So, before I confirm any session, I want to go over the terms. You're mine and only mine."
He was leaning against his dresser with his arms casually crossed. His whole face broke out into a smile. "I'll sign wherever you need."
"Come here, hon."
He pointed to the open door.
"Yeah, lock it."
After he did, and she saw the way he was looking at her, she added, "Nothing's going to happen, I just need you next to me for a bit. I want you to myself."
"You can have me all to yourself," he said with a smile that only melted her.
She felt her face on fire. He came to lie next to her.
"I love it when you blush. It's such a turn-on," his voice husky.
She laughed and told him, "I don't know why it still happens."
He smirked, and his eyes grew playful. A moment later, his left leg came over her, trapping her in his embrace.
With her hand on his chin, she guided his lips to hers.
"Nothing?" he asked to confirm.
She hesitated. "I didn't come here with any intention. I just..."
"You just?" He lightly traced the side of her face with the back of his hand.
"Want to be close." She turned her head toward his hand and shut her eyes.
He tugged on her shirt and kissed the skin he had exposed. He picked a spot and rested his lips and began to suck slowly.
"Nick," she whispered.
His hand moved to her breast, and he heard as she failed to stifle her moan.
"How close, love?" he whispered above her ear as he brushed his hand over her second breast.
She sighed.
"Is this close enough?"
She brought her legs on either side of him. "Why ask questions you know the answer to?"
"Why tell me nothing's going to happen when you don't mean it?"
"You changed my mind."
"Fair." He held her tighter and drew her into a hungry kiss.
