Millie couldn't believe it. She was torn. Words couldn't describe it. She had just caught her boyfriend with another woman. He had just used her. Mille walked through the fields as tears fell. She was done being sad. Now she was angry. She didn't know what to do now. She had been hoping for a long relationship with him. But it was clear that it had been wishful thinking. All her mindless dreaming came crashing down. As Millie wiped a new round of tears away, she heard something. It was music. And it was beautiful. She wasn't often stunned, but she was now. Millie followed the sweet sound through the fields to a clearing. There, she saw an Imp sitting on a stump with a guitar. Not only was he handsome, but it was clear that he had natural musical talent. After snapping a twig, their eyes met. Nervous, Millie introduced herself. His name was Moxxie. The first thing he saw after her beauty was the tear stains. He moved aside and offered her his handkerchief.

Millie told him everything. He listened. It was a shame that such a lovely woman had been cheated on. Taking a chance, Moxxie offered to keep her company till she felt better and held her hand. Millie finally smiled again. After some time, he walked her home to her family's house. She was still distraught, so he explained everything. Her parents, Joe and Lin, thanked him for looking after her and invited him for a meal. Moxxie agreed, seeing a chance to know her better. And it was clear that he already liked her. As everyone ate, she spoke up. Millie told them about her (ex) boyfriend cheating and the exact words he had said right to her face. Her brother Salvador Marcus was the most pissed off. He immediately offered to take care of the bastard. But Millie put him down. This was her war. Moxxie reveled in the fire of her eyes. Now he knew he wanted to date her. But first, he offered to help deal with the ex.
