There was a new breed of trash plaguing the living world. Lucifer and God were quickly swarmed with this new terror. Once again, they met and made arrangements so they would not have to deal with them. The process was more difficult this time around. But they made it work for the greater good of their respective realm. Neither Heaven nor Hell was the right place for them. It was hard to define these living ones too. And once dead, it was equally, if not harder, to identify them. Lucifer lent some security to ensure banished to this new place were never heard from or seen again. They could live among themselves. Others didn't want to be reminded of their sad and pitiful existence. Likewise, God did his part. He took over the responsibility of tracking these wrongful living and dead souls. The realms were cleansed of these terrible ones. And things rapidly improved.
