Not long after Katie and Tom had Tiffany, a second daughter was born. They named her Lincoln. She was a cynical girl with an attitude to match. Like her mother, she had an uncensored and bitchy attitude. If she had something to say, it would be heard, or someone would get burned alive. She wouldn't hesitate to snap their neck either. However, she also kept herself in check and controlled herself well, like her father. She had his intelligence and cunning wit to match. Lincoln had also inherited his interest in biohazardous weaponry and warfare. She even studied under his guidance and became an expert like him.

Lincoln decided to join her parents' network when she was eighteen. It seemed like fun. However, she chose to cover specific stories like murders and the Extermination. This lessened the workload of the other staff. After a few months of training and job shadowing, she became a full-time employee. Lincoln's first day with stories about a recent series of turf wars was a hit. Later in the day, she covered a robbery in Cannibal Colony and an upcoming business in Imp City. During her first day, she also caught the eyes of the new cameraman. His name was Donovan, and he had joined the station around the same time as her. The man was cute and treated her to refreshments at a nearby café after work.

Lincoln's career took off after only a year. She was set to take over 666 News if she followed in her parents' footsteps. After some thought, she decided to take the reins. She already had a cohost and worked well with him. By now, she and Donovan were also dating and progressing well. He supported her both at work and outside of it. And it wasn't long before they started living together. Katie and Tom supported her until she had enough to pay for the important things herself, along with Donavon's income. Lincoln had come a long way. And there was still a lot to look forward to.

It was still too early, but Donovan had been thinking about asking Lincoln to marry him. They were already serious and even living together. There wasn't anything stopping him. Well, maybe a mild but legitimate fear of rejection and being burned alive. But Donovan knew she loved him. Even though Lincoln wasn't one to show much affection via words, she showed it through tough love. There was no question about it. And she did thank and reward him now and then. Donovan was a confident demon. He knew he had a place in her televised heart after her parents and big sister. He finally made the decision. It was time to look forward to making her his bride.
