Two months went by, and once again, Summer was gaslighting Xavier. His only guess was his sister had told her about the stupid kiss. It wasn't like he kissed the girl back. Plus, it was a quick thank you kiss on the lips, which he stopped and tried to tell Summer about himself. The only thing was she didn't want to listen because the only thing that was on her mind was how she looked in her latest outfit.

"Xy, have you spoken with Summer?"

"No, but I think she is coming over tonight for movie night. Well, anime night something that the quints want. Oma Dele and dad gave us a list to choose from. She's not speaking with you again."

Xavier shook his head with a sigh as Xylia glared with a soft smile. "Something is wrong with that girl. The first time it was about the Halloween party, and now... I don't know what it is about. I don't like Jasira, but if you're only helping her, then what's the problem? Zay, did you...."

"I tried to tell her about the kiss. Summer was focused on some stupid ass costume she had made. Halloween was about the costume issue, too. She thought it was wrong for you and me to dress alike, and whenever she asked me to do something, I should do it. I don't know who the fuck she thought I was because I wasn't about to walk around in green fucking tights." Xavier said as Xylia laughed, and he didn't see anything funny about the situation.

"Talk to her. She will be here in five... or now." Xylia pointed at the group as they walked into the theater. The quints were already there, and Lyric was laughing and talking with a redhead girl standing with another that neither of them had seen before.

"Who the hell are these bitches Lyric?"

"I told you I was bringing friends, Xy. This is...."

"Shanice," Xavier spoke, remembering seeing the girl over a month ago when he left Jasira's apartment. He was sure the girl was older than them, so why was she with his little brother? And he assumed the other girl was his girlfriend. However, Shanice stood there smiling until she noticed they weren't returning it.

"I-I was invited by your brother. Crystal... his girlfriend, and I are friends. I'm rambling, aren't I? I don't mean you no harm, I promise just looking for some friends, and that is it."

"Sure, or was it because you were paid to do so."

"What are you talking about? I wasn't paid to do shit... I think I should go...."

"Yeah, bitch, you should!"

"I'm sorry Lyric, but I'm not here to start any problems. Whatever your problem is with me, I don't know or care to know. You don't know me, and before you start pointing fingers, maybe you should ask questions. FIY, I don't want your brother because he has a girl... but I'll take you." Shanice smiled as she touched Xylia's nose before leaving.

"I know the fuck she didn't!" Xylia yelled as Xavier held her back, watching as Shanice left laughing. He had to admit it was funny as hell.

"Tried to flirt with you. Oh, she did." Lyric laughed, and so did Xavier. Although he still didn't believe that he could trust the girl. It may seem like she didn't know what they were speaking of, but most were trained to lie. Zavier knew they were; if the Nigerians picked her, it was for a reason.

"Hey." He softly spoke while taking the seat next to Summer. She smiled back before kissing his cheek. "What's up with you, Sum? You know you can talk to me about anything. I have told you this repeatedly for the past eight months, and lately, you seemed to be cutting me off."

"Cutting you off. Zavier, your new study buddy, is what is cutting you off. You have more time for her than me...."

"That's a fucking lie. I help Sira twice a week, that's it, and before you start, about me not helping you. It's because you never asked, and I offered. Plus, it's been a fucking month, Summer, of you avoiding me, and I'm tired of it." He spoke as Summer rolled her eyes. Xavier sighed while Xylia and Isaac stared at the two. They were talking through whatever was playing on the big screen mainly because Zay was trying to get to the bottom of Summer's attitude problem.
