'I'm not your fucking BabyGirl.' Riley yelled through the phone, making Xerxes sigh as he sat up in the bed, looking over at Amoy as she shrugged her shoulders, getting up from the bed and making her way into the bathroom. This was the first time he had spoken to Riley in seven months, and she called with an attitude.

'I'm sorry... Riley. Is that better for you? Why are you calling me if you're going to jump down my throat? It's been months, and I don't know what I could have done to make you angry when we hadn't talked in months.'

'Why is she in my house around my children, Xerxes? You know how I feel about those people, and you have her there.'

'Could you please let go of your hate for a moment and see the wrong in it? Plus, Amoy isn't in my house around our children. I moved from there. I can't do it in that house if you want me to move on. Why are you worrying about who I'm fucking? If I were sleeping with Amoy, it would be my business. Aren't you pregnant by my cousin, or could the baby be mine... You know what? Let's talk about Xeon. Tell me who his father is and why... why did you do some shit like that?"

'Xerxes, I'm sorry....'

'Don't sorry me! Just tell me who his father is and why you did it. It's not like I care because he is mine. I was there at his birth. I named him and the only dad he knows, but I want to understand why Baby... Riley.'

'I was scared you wouldn't be able to get me a child. So I did what I had to... don't worry about the man that helped me father him. He's dead because I killed him.'

Xerxes couldn't believe his ears. Riley used an innocent man and killed him to get something that she wanted. The woman he was on the phone with wasn't the one he fell in love with. She was different, and he feared that she was unstable.

'You killed an innocent man because you feared I couldn't give you a child. You know my sperm count was high, and there were more ways than sex to achieve what you wanted. Riley, come home....'

'So, you can kill him.'

'What use do I get out of killing Tobias when I know you no longer want me? I'll be the fool, but our children need their mother. We can figure out a way to co-parent... but I have to know. What did I do wrong for you to leave me?'

'You did nothing. I found someone that I could relate to more. Someone that had time for me and not the duties of a Don. I tried to ignore the feeling and be there for you, but after your stupid little stunt, I realized you didn't care how I felt if you died. I knew then you would never change, so I did what I had to.'

'Yeah, everything but talk to me. It doesn't matter come home for our babies. Avery, Harper....'

'Harper isn't my child.'

'That's the real reason you cheated. Deep down, as you said in that text, you blame me. Do you think I slept with her mom and Mariah? If you never trusted me, why marry me and then turn around to do it all over again? I'm not going to argue or beg you to come home or be with me. I do want you to know I'm done. There is no more you and me. You made your choice, and it was Tobias. No, I have to move on with my life....'

'And you won't... Not with her!' She yelled as Xerxes laughed. Riley really thought she had a say in who he wanted in his life after she had walked out of his. He wasn't telling her she couldn't be with Tobias, and she sure the fuck wasn't about to tell him who he could be with.

'That not your decision Riley... back to our children. If you don't want to come home, at least call them. Tell them you are okay.'

'X, I can't do that... I know all of them are in good hands with their dad. Kiss all of them and tell them I love the....'
