"You and I need to talk."
"Excuse you. I don't think the two of us know each other." Alexei spoke as a strange man sat in the chair across from him. No one sought them out for months, and he was sure Xerxes and his family weren't looking for them at the moment, especially after Melody's death. He also heard that Jeremias lost his sister as well.
"Alexei Novikov...."
"I don't know anyone by that name, sir. I think you are mistaking me for someone else. My name is Jack Sullivan, and as I said. I don't know you."
"Well, it may be best to reconsider if you know what is good for you. Don't you want your wives and child to be left unharmed? I have men surrounding your home." He spoke, making Lexei stand quickly as another man came out of nowhere holding a blade to his back.
"Who the fuck are you?" He asked. There was no way his enemies had found them, and he was sure the three of them were safely hidden deep in the outer banks of Alaska. No one knew of the spot, and Alexei had made himself a home with Madison and Ndidi; both were in love with him.
"I know you and your wives know your way around the Köhler Community. I want in, and I need your help to do so...."
"And if I refuse?"
"I will tell my men to kill your little family. I'm tired of the asshole getting the upper hand on me." He laughed, looking over at his missing limb. "This time, I want to bring the fight to them and kill them all in their homes. Are you willing to help me?" He spoke as Lexei glared at the man. It was clear he was the head of the Tigers. Ying Lee and the bastard wasn't looking well.
"Shit, man, one would think that poison would have killed you by now. Your body is strong. And it seemed like I don't have a choice in the matter, but don't blame me when your mission fails Ying Lee. I will help you get in, but after, you will be on your own. I will have no part in your part."
"Mias...."
"Nope, we are not doing that, Xerxes. I don't think this was your fault. Ying Lee was the cause of my sister's death, and he will pay once we catch him. Until then, you need to focus on your family. Your kids need you more than I need you telling me how fucking sorry you are. We're friends... fuck that, we're family, and I don't blame family for others' mistakes." He spoke as Xerxes stared at him before scratching his beard.
"I was actually about to ask you about helping me at the shooting range later today with the children. You got your point across the last time we spoke. You and your father did. I didn't think it was my fault. I was giving you my condolences, and the both of you jumped down my throat, telling me to stop feeling guilty about shit that wasn't my fault." He said as they stood in the middle of one of Jeremias's gyms. Xerxes noticed it had become quiet as he looked around at an empty gym. It seemed a little strange as he quickly pulled his gun, looking around.
