You were humming while finishing up the dishes. Once you finished you wiped your head when you heard a noise outside. You grabbed a knife and headed out.
You crouched in a corner listening for the source of the noise when you heard it again. Once again you moved to find the source.
You hid in the barn looking around when someone barged in. You saw Bubba happily dancing with the heard of chickens. Them squawking at him. You giggled and he heard. He turned and saw you laughing and he flustered and began to babble. "Sorry Hun I thought there was an intruder." He petted the chickens and you smiled. "Im making some pie later."
