You were tapping your pencil onto your desk in class. You anxiously looked around feeling the overwhelming sensation of people around you. You felt a tap beside you and looked over at your desk buddy. He snuck you a piece of gum and you thanked him. He smiled and nodded.

You and him sat together at lunch. You split half of your cake with him and he gave you half of his sandwich. "I heard you and your dad got into it again." Daniel sighed and nodded. "He just, I don't know at this point. Ever since he had that affair he's so clingy and assholish towards me." You bit into the sandwich and listened on. "Honestly if I disappeared I bet he still wouldn't even be happy." You gave him and sad look. "But I would miss you if you ever disappeared." Matthew looked at you and smiled. "If I ever disappeared you better go looking for me." You smiled back and nodded.

You stared blankly at the TV as news on Daniel flashed across the screen. "17 year old male missing after being last seen by his dad. If you have any-" you switched the TV off and teared up. You put your shoes on and went on a search for him.
