Kion and his siblings

Chapter 13.

Kion was running in the Pridelands, panting as he thought he saw something to his right, so he turned, until he was suddenly jumped on. Growing, but then instantly stopped when realising it was just Bunga, sitting on him.

"Kion!" Bunga shouted, as just then a Cheetah came.

"Hey Bunga." Kion said, while pushing Bunga off of him and sat up.

"Hey Kion." Fuli said, "You seem better... no fresh cuts."

Fuli looked Kion up and down, to see mosrtly all of the cuts healed, apart from his pernament scars.

"Uh, yeah." Kion said, giving a small smile, "And, I'll come join you for patrol."

"Alright. We was just gonna go and meat up with the others." Bunga shouted, as Kion flinched.

"Cool. I'm comeing." Kion said, before the three of them all started walking towards the rest of the guard.

After a few hours, the sun was slowly going down. Although, it was red hot out, and they all was panting, and sweating. Kion's fur was the dampest and was panting way more, since they had found Janja and his clan in the Pridelands, and Janja put up quite a fight with Kion.

Kion gulped, as he looked into the Outlands, he saw something or someone poke there head into the Pridelands, but then ran straight back into the Outlands, but Kion just ignored him.

"I think that's the end of the patrol for today." Kion said, suddenly stopping and looking at Ono who had landed on Beshtes back, "Hey Ono, mind taking one last lap of the Pridelands?"

"Sure thing." Ono said, before diving into the air, Kion smiling, before taking a deep breath, "All clear Kion!"

"Alright. Now, I think you should all go home. or to the liar. For a break!" Kion said, smiling slightly as they all nodded and started walking towards Pride rock, Kion smiling when seeing his Sister over by the main lake with her friends, Tifu and Zuri, laughing.

"Hey, the main lake isn't that busy! And, it's the closest." Ono shouted, as they all agreed to go there and walked over, Bunga diving into the lake, causing water to splash all over Fuli.

"Bunga!" Fuli shouted, growling.

"Opps. Sorry!" Bunga said, "Hey, Kiara!"

"Ohh, Kion!" Tifu and Zuri shouted, while running over, pratically leaning on Kion, as he moved out of the way.

"Hey Tifu. Zuri." Kion greated, as he looked up at the sky, still breathing heavily he took a drink of water, but flinched when Bunga splashed him.

"Bunga." Kion groaned, before shaking his fur of, causing water to go all over Kiara, as Kino had noticed, he chuckled.

"Sorry, Kiara." Kion said, as Kiara soon smiled and pounced at her brother, sending them both into the water, as they both burst out laughing.

"I kinda deserved that." Kion said, smiling before nudging Kiara and jumping out of the lake, Kiara going to her friends, as the lion guard and Kiara and her friends was staring at something behind Kion.

"Kion." Kion spun round, jumping backwards at realising his Father stood behind him. Putting his ears back, he stood up straighter.

"Dad." Kion said.

"What are you and the lion guard doing here? Haveing fun?" Simba asked.

"We finished our patrol, and the Guard needed a break." Kion answered.

"Well, you're patrol hasn't finished yet. At least a member of the guard has to be patrolling every hour." Simba shouted, causing Kion to flinch, and put his ears down, "Do I make myself clear? Or, I shouldn't have to look for somebody else to protect the pridelands, do I?"
