After 20 minutes, the lionesses, and Kion all entered the den, while Kion put the Gazelle in the center. He took a deep breath, before taking a step back when everybody also shoved him out of the way in order to get something to eat.
"Come on, Kion." Kion looked up, when he realised it was Simba, motioning him towards the Gazelle, he hesitated. For years, he had to hunt for his own food, starting from when he was only a few yeard old, maybe around 2.
When he realise that his Dad was serious, he dove forward and took a bit, he was starving and this Gazelle was amazing. After taking one more bite, he took a step back, where Simba took his place.
Savannah was scowling at him from across the den, while Kion sighed in content by the time everybody was settling down for rest. Simba ordered another lioness to do patrol tonight, instead of him.
Everything was perfect.
____________________Kion woke up, with a big yawn. Stretching out his paws, he smiled and stood up.
"Kion!" Kiara bounded over to him, and nuzzled him, "Come on, Dad said we can go and hang out."
"H-He did?" Kion stuttered, looking over to his Dad who flashed him a smile before returning to his conversation with Nala.
"Make sure you back before dark!" Nala shouted after them, as they ran past. Kion and Kiara laughed, as they raced across the Pridelands, they made sure to stop by the watering hole first.
"Come on! Let's go see the guys!" Kiara exclaimed, and Kion grinned. The two started running again, once reaching the boarder of the Outlands, they both jumped in without hesitation.
"Hey Kiara, hey Kion." Vitani smiled at them, and at hearing the two names Kopa and Kovu percked up, both smiling when seeing the brother and sister duo.
Kion flashed them a grin, maybe the biggest and truthful one, they have ever seen, it reminded Kopa of when they were Kids.
"Hey Guys." Kovu said.
"What got you so happy, Kion?" Kopa had to ask. But, Kion just shrugged, still smiling.
"Nothin much." Kion said, sending Kiara a playful glare, when she nudged him.
"Hey!" Kion growled playfully, and Kiara did the same back.
"No, seriously Kion we haven't seen you like this for what? Since the day we seen you in the Ourlands. You were miserble!" Vitani said.
"Well, everythings going great!" Kion grinned.
"What do you mean?" Kopa asked, slightly worried.
"I mean, I'm allowed to hang out with Kiara, Dad's actually proud of me and I went hunting with the lionesses yesturday!" Kion said excietedly, not even noticing the worried stares of Kiara, Kopa, Kovu, and Vitani.
Kion's smile dropped, and his ears went forward and he turned to look behind him.
"Kion, you okay?" Kiara asked.
"Yeah." Kion smiled again, when he turned back to them. Normally Kion would race after the noice, but he didn't. Not this time.
Soon they all went on to doing there own thing, Kion talking to Kovu, while Kopa was with Vitani and Kiara, watching them.
"Hey, is it me or is Kovu getting to close?" Kopa muttered, causing the two talking girls to look at Kion and Kovu as well.
And, Kovu was indeed inching closer, with a smirk and Kion was beat red.
"Chill out bro, Kion's older. He can do what he wants." Kiara smiled.
"What do you mean Chill out? And, that he can do what he wants? Of course he can, I'm not his keeper." Kopa said, "And, plus it's not like there together."
