Kion and his siblings

Chapter 4

As Kion got to Priderock, he sighed, as he entered the den, seeing his father standing there, glaring at him.

"Where were you!?" He shouted, from over by Kiara, marching over to him, as Kion took a step back.

"i-I- uhm," Kion took a deep breath, and took a step forward, "I was patrolling the area. Making sure no Outlands came into the Pridelands."

Kion lied, but he wasnt, at the same time, as he was checking everywhere, on his way back, but Simba wasn't having it.

"Good. You're sleeping outside, and no dinner!" King Simba called over his shoulder, walking back into the den, Kion sighed and turned around, and sitting down, looking over the Pridelands. The one placee, he was scared to be. He wasn't scared of the Oulands, cause there he actually feels noticed, even when, they all hate him in there. But, after today, when he saw his long lost big brother. He felt wanted, for once in his life.

Kion went over towards the entrance of the den and lied down near it, behind a rock, where he could at least get a little heat, and be able to sleep, without his father, checking on him, well glaring at him, more like. Kion looked up, seeing it, being about 7ish, so he did the thing, he wanted to do. And, that was to sleep, so he closed his eyes, drifting off to darkness.

The sun was rising in the Pridelands, as Kion slowly opened his eyes, seeing his sister infront of him, smiling at him. He jumped up, but instantly relaxed, but quickly tensed up, looking around for dad.

"What're you doing here!? If dad, see's you talking to me, you could get into trouble!" Kion said, franticlly, but calmed down, when Kiara nuzzerled him.

"He is out. He asked me to go with him. I stayed, so I could finally spend time with my lil bro, he is gone for a couple of days." Kiara explained, Kion showing a huge smile on his face, as Kiara pulled back.

"How bout we go do somthink?" Kiara suggested, Kion nodding frantically, the two siblings starting to walk around the Pridelands, but then Kion stopped and look down, in thought.

"Hey, what about the guard, I have patrol?" Kion asked, walking over to his sister again, when she stopped.

"Don't worry, I told them we were going to hand for the day. Also, I don't think, you were going on patrol anyways, considering of that fresh cut on your neck, from yesturday..." Kiara said.

"Mhm, yeah..." Kion muttered, looking down.

"I'm sorry..." Kiara mumbled, Kion stopping, Kiara also stopping and turned to look at her brother.

"Sorry, for what?" Kion asked, the siblings starting to walk again.

"Well, sorry, for not helping you, when you were getting beaten, for not being there for you, when you were at your worst, and for you being all alone, patorlling at night, but where did you go, yesturday morning? I don't recall, dad telling you to go on patrol, or you leaving to go with the guard?" Kiara asked.

"Uhm, well..." Kion stuttered, then stopped smiling at his sister, as Kiara looked at him in confusion.

"I think, you would wanna see for your self." Kion said, wlaking the opposite direction, they were going, Kiara running after her brother, them going towards the Outlands, as Kiara was looking confused, but went anyway.

After about 20 minuted of walking, Kion and Kiara had reached the boarder of the Outlands, Kion was about to cross, but Kiara quickly ran infront of him.

"What are you doing!? It's dangerious in there!" Kiara scouded her little brother, Kion chuckerling.

"Don't worry, I have somthink to show you, trust me." Kion said, crossing the boarder, Kiara thinking about it and jumped over, staying close to Kion, as they walked aroiund the Outlands, for about 5 minutes, but them coming to a stop, when they saw 3 lions looking there way, Kiara looking at them, staying by Kion, and barred her teeth, ready to protect herself and her brother.
