Kion and his siblings

Chapter 20.

"Simba." Kion muttered, bowing his head, as he looked up at hearing his Father growl.

"What did I say!?" Simba roared loudly, as Kion put his ears back, before looking down.

"King Simba." Kion snarled, as Simba growled and sent a side ways look to Nala, who was glaring at him and standing close to her son.

"Meating in 10. I want you there. It's the patrol." Simba growled, stepping forward to get into Kion's face, "Understand?"

"Ye-yes, Sir." Kion stuttered, as Simba nodded and started walking away, Kion taking a breath of relief before walking back to the lake with Nala, where they all walked out from behind the rock.

"What's this about a meating?" Kiara asked.

"It's for the hunters, and lions who do patrol." Kion answered, "I need to go back to Pride rock. Simba wants me there."

"I'll come as well." Nala said.

"No, Mom. You don't need to, have some time with Kopa." Kion said, smiling. Nala slowly nodded and nuzzled Kion before walking over to Kopa, Kion sighing before exiting the vines and starting to walk away.

Kion came upto Pride Rock, stopping just down the rock stairs, where Simba was standing on a bounder just comeing off of the ground, all of the hunters and lions who are part of the patrol of the guard.

"Alright, everybody line up!" Simba shouted, as he jumped down, while Kion went to the end of the line, where Simba spared a glance at him, "Now, some of you may have seen a lioness in the Outlands. Zira. Or her Pride."

Kion tensed up at the name.

"She has been lerking near the boarders, now because of that we need patrols. Around the clock! First patrol, (Insert two random lion names.) then, after a few hours Savannah and Kion. Then (Insert two other names.) and then the finale patrol, Kion and Dj. Now, go!"

Simba roared, while the first two lions ran the opposite way, Dj smiling at Kion nodding as a sign of respect towards him,a s he nodded back, before Dj walked into the den.

"See you later, Loser." Savannah whispered in his ear, before nudging him, causing Kion to flinch, as Savannah walked away. Then, the rest of the Pride walked into the den, Kion sighing before starting to walk away, looking around him before walking through the vines to his favourite lake, looking around.

"Kion!" Kiara shouted, jumping at Kion knocking him to the ground.

"Kiara!" Kion groaned, "Cut it out."

Kion pushed Kiara off of him and looked around, spotting Kopa, Nala, Kovu, and Vitani.

"Where's the Guard?" Kion asked.

"They went to patrol." Kiara answered, frowning while walking over to her Mother and sitting beside her.

"What was that meating about?" Kovu asked.

"Spottings about Zira and her Pride near the borders. So, I am guessing you guys should stay low. We probally shouldn't see each other for a bit." Kion said, mostly to Kopa.

"What? Why!?" Kiara shouted.

"Shh!" Kion quickly shushed his Sister, "King Simba has sent patrols out just in case Zira sends out an attack. I have my shift in a bit, with Savannah, then with Dj."

"Savannah!? But, isn't that the one you were fighting with?" Kopa asked, as Nala sighed.

"Kion, you shouldn't be working with her." Nala said softly.

"Mom. It doesn't matter, it is my job in the circle of life to make sure nothing happens. And, my fight with Zira isn't done yet." Kion snarled at the mention of Zira.

"What do you mean?" Nala asked softly.

"Kion has had a run in with Zira a few times when comeing to see Kopa. Took a few close calls, as he barely got away." Kiara said, as Kion sighed.

"Oi! Freak!" Kion perked his ears up, growling at the vines he rolled his eyes at the name, as he sighed.

"I'll... I'll just see you guys later." Kion muttered, before jumping onto a rock to jump onto the other side, seeing Savannah here, as Kopa, Kovu, Kiara, Vitani, and Nala all listened in on them while hiding behind a rock.

"There you are. What took you so long? Savannah asked, "If you are not serious about protecting the Pridelands I will end you myself. So, do not piss me off."

Kion snarled.

"You are not in charge of me. And, you should be the one staying out of my way." Kion snarled.

"Whatever. I am the strongest in the Pride! I should of been born the Prince and the Leader of the Lion Guard, not some-some freak!" Savannah shouted, as Kion only rolled his eyes.

"Whatever. Let's just start on the South side, work our way around, then circle the border a few times, that will be the easiest way to do this." Kion said, "That way if there is an attack we can warn Simba before they get all the way to Pride rock."

Savannah growled.

"Fine, but we are doing it because I thought of it first." Savannah snarled, pushing past Kion to walk infront of him, "You follow my lead."

Kion only sighed, looking behind him, catching eye of his Brother, Sister, and Brother. Kiara and Kopa getting ready to murder Savannah, as Kion only sighed and staretd following Savannah.
