Kion and his siblings

Chapter 28.

The next day, Kion was up, and out of the den before his Dad has awoken.

Kion then looked around before starting to run towards the Outlands. He didn't even know where he was going, but he didn't wanna be in the Pridelands.

Kion sighed. He has been walking around, aimlessly in the Outlands for the past hour, before he stopped upon seeing a shadow and foot steps from round the corner, before barring his teeth and bending down, before slowly moving towards the corner, before him and this mysterious animal both jumped round the corner, growling.

"Kion?"

"Jasiri?"

Kion brought his head up, smiling upon noticing it was his Hyena friend, Jasiri.

"What are you doing here?" Jasiri asked, as Kion shrugged.

"Just didn't wanna be in the pridelands at the moment. I know it's hard to believe, but I kinda like the Outlands." Kion said, shrugging, "What about you? You're pretty far from your lake!"

Jasiri and Kion started walking.

"Oh, I am just patrolling making sure nobody was trying to get the attack on us. Join me." Jasiri said, smiling, as Kion smiled back and followed Jasiri.

Kopa was sitting with Vitani, before Kovu ran over to them.

"Hey Kovu, what's up?" Vitani asked.

"I just heard a few voices abit away from here and wanted to check it out!" Kovu said, as Kopa stood up.

"Not safe by yourself, I'll join." Kopa said, as Vitani also decided to join, while the three of them started walking, before hearing voices and jumped behind a rock.

"Hey, that sounds like..."

"Kion!" Kovu finished Kopa's sentance, while the three of them jumped up on rock to rock, up into the air looking down, seeing Kion laughing, until they also noticed Jasiri running around him, before growling playfully, as they both burst out laughing, before Jasiri also started humming.

"Sisi Ni Sawa, mean's we're the same!" Jasiri sang, while Kion chuckled.

"Though you've got you're spots and I've got a mane!" Kion sang back, laughing while Jasiri did the same.

"At tthe end of the day, it's like water and rain!" Jasiri sang at the top of her lungs, while looking into a puddle, Kion laughing while jumping onto a rock.

"Sis Ni Sawa, we're the same!" They both sang, before bursting out laughing once again.

"We have not hung out or laughed together like this, since that day you got lost into the Outlands." Jasiri said.

"Yeah..." Kion mumbled, before Jasiri started humming again.

"Never thought that we'd see eye-to-eye!" Kion started singing again.

"I can't imagine why, it's very easy if you try~" Jasiri sang, before jumping onto another rock.

Kion smiled.

"This part seems all clear to me!" Jasiri said, while jumping down from the rock, and started running the opposite way, while Kion smiled and ran after Jasiri.

"Wait up!" Kion shouted.

"Woah... they seem happy." Kovu commented, as Kopa shrugged.

Kion was smiling, while walking away from the lake. He had patrolled the area with Jasiri for a few hours and hung out at the lake with her, for another hour and it was quite a fun day. It got his mind off of things.
