"Ko-Kopa..?" Nala stuttered, as Kopa's eyes widened and he looked to Kiara, and then to Kion who only gave a weak smile, and nodded.
"Hi... Mom." It felt weird for Kopa to say that, but ti felt good in a way.
"Kopa, my Son!" Nala shouted, before nuzzleing Kopa, who was just taller then her now, sniffleing she pulled away, and looked to Kion, "I am glad I trusted you."
Kion smiled and nuzzled Kopa again.
"Mom." Kion said, "It's important that none of the Pridelanders know about Kopa."
As just then, Kovu and Vitani jumped onto a rock and onto the ground, walking over, they looked wary of Nala, but Kovu nuzzled Kion.
"Hey Guys." Kovu said.
"Paws off of my brother, Kovu!" Kopa shouted, while growling at Kovu, who only smirked and chuckled, as did Kiara and Vitani.
"Mother, if that's... okay with you." Kion said, as Nala smiled.
"Of course it is. I understand you are concerned for you're brother, and are scared of what others think of him." Nala said, as she smiled at her youngest and licked his cheek, and nuzzled him as Kion sighed and sat down, at his paw hurting from his cut.
Kopa walked over, nuzzleing his youngest Sibling, while sitting down beside him, while Kiara sat beside Nala.
"You okay?" Kopa asked, as Kion nodded, but his small smile vanished, at Kopa giving him a stern look.
"What?" Kion asked.
"What really happened to you're side?" Kopa asked, "And, I want the truth, Kion."
"Wh-what?" Kion stuttered, as he stood up and moved away from his brother, "I told you. I just caught it on a branch."
Kopa knew how Kion had got the cut, but it really hurt knowing that his brother would lie to him, although he understood why he lied.
"Kion." Kopa said, as he looked at his Mother and Sister.
Nala stood up and followed her Son, who had moved to lied down in the corner.
"Kion, sweatheart." Nala spoke softly, while sitting beside her Son, "You have to tell Kopa the truth. I know, you must have been makeing up lies for a while now, although I have no idea why. But, I am pretty sure he already knows."
Kion sighed, and brought his head up looking at his Mother.
"That's the problem, Mother! He will put a stop to this stuff with Dad, but... I deserve it!" Kion said, putting his ears down as Nala sighed.
"No, you don't. You are the most kind-hearted lion, I know. And, I am the Queen of a whole Pride!" Nala said, as Kion perked his ears up to look at his Mother, who smiled and licked his cheek and nuzzled him.
"Thank you." Kion mumbled.
"No, thank you. You always cared for me and you're Sister! Protecting us." Nala said, as Kion smiled slightly and walked beside his Mother, until he stopped and looked around the Outlands, Kion perked his ears forwards then back.
"Kion? What is it?" Kiara asked, walking upto Nala and Kion, with Kopa, as Kovu and Vitani came up on the other side of Kion.
Kion started walking into the Outlands.
"Kion!" Kopa shouted, while running to jump in the way of his brother, "You know, it's dangerous in there! Especially for the Prince of the Pridelands. And, with Zira on a war path for you!"
Kion just glared at his Brother, growling until looking behind him, snarling he quickly pushed his Brother to the side, knocking him to the ground behind a rock, as Kiara ran upto his Side.
