Chapter 29.

After another hour, Kopa had to go as Zira had called him, so Vitani and Kiara decided to approuch Kovu.

"So~ what's up with you and Kion?" Kiara asked, Kovu whoquickly turned red and his head shot up.

"What? Nothing's up with us. We are friends." Kovu stated firmly, as they both looked at him, unamused.

"Are you sure?" Vitani asked, with a smirk.

"Well... I guess he's cute." Kovu mumbled, while Kiara smiled, "And, funny."

"Hey, why don't you just tell him?" Kiara asked, as Kovu sighed.

"But, what if he doesn't fell the same way? Like, fine maybe I do love him, but I don't really know anything about him, because if you haven't noticed, he doesn't really open up all that much." Kovu said.

"Kovu, he had opened up alot more with you then any other animal!" Kiara said.

"God, they both can be so blind sometimes." Vitani mumbled under his breath, before speaking up abit louder, "Stop being such a wimp, and get up, and just go ask him out!"

"But, even if I did, Kopa would kill me!" Kovu said.

"Not, if I have anything to say about it. Don't worry, I will deal with him and he won't touch you. Because, he will kill you if you hurt Kion, but once he see's his younger brother happy since like... forever! He will accept it." Kiara said.

"I mean, Kion deserves to be happy. He's spent pretty much all of his life, protecting me and haveing to be the best because of Dad and everything." Kiara said, "So, maybe get up and just admit it to him. He's normally at Flat Ridge Rock ever morning, or sometimes every evening, watching the sun set or sun rise, so just pick the right time."

Kiara then stood up.

"Well, I have got to go. So, please Kovu... if you do end up with Kion, just please... don't break his heart, he's been broken enough times." Kiara said, before starting to walk away, Kovu looking down, before him and his SIster started walking furhter into the Outlands to go home.
