Kion and his siblings

Chapter 30.

Kion was sat at Flat Ridge Rock, lying there while watching the sun set.

"Hey." Kion looked over to his side, just as he turned red, seeing Kovu jumping out of the Outlands and onto Flat Ridge rock, beside Kion.

"Hey yourself." Kion mumbled.

"Everything okay?" Kovu asked, as Kion sighed but nodded, "You sure?"

"Do you ever feel like you... are not wanted?" Kion asked, shocking Kovu but he lied down beside Kion anyway.

"From time to time. Wth my Mother, always picking Vitani over everything like patrols, same with Kopa. I always seem like the last option, what about you?" Kovu explained.

"Well, my Dad always thinks I'm good for nothing. I'm just worthless, everybody looks down at me." Kion explained, before sighing, "I can never see Kiara anymore and is patrolling 24/7, and I'm sick of being looked down on! I just want to be free instead of being kept on a lead."

"Hey, you can be free if you want to be free, nobodys keeping your freedom from you except you." Kovu said, before thinking carefully about his next action, before nuzzleing Kion, who froze up but rested his head onto Kovu's shoulder anyway, yawning as he let sleep take over.

Kion yawned, as he slowly opened his eyes. He looked up at the sun blaring, every wideneing he jumped up. He must've fell asleep last night... but, where's Kovu?"

"Morning." Kion looked behind him, seeing Vitani and Kiara there, as he sighed, hiding his red face, "Well?"

"Well what?" Kion asked.

"I saw Kovu come up here last night! And, he only returned this morning." Vitani said, as Kiara smirked at his brothers red face, as he shrugged.

"Nothing happened, alright? He just came up here and we talked, but... then I just fell asleep..." Kion trailled of, as Kiara's eyes widened in excitement.

"You fell asleep on him!" Kiara squealed, as Kion shushed her.

"Let the whole Pridelands know, why don't you?" Kion snarled, as Kiara just giggled.

"You two have got to have a serious talk." Vitani said, smirking slightly, "I need to run anyway. Mother will be looking for me, see you two later."

Vitani then dissappeared.

"Oh no! i've got training." Kion exclaimed, before taking of running towards Pride rock.

After a few hours, Kion had finished training with Chulluun. And, she really wasn't holding back. He was covered in scratches, not that deep then the one his Father had givin him for being almost an hour late to training.

Kion had approuched the lake, taking a lick at the water. He looked around, seeing nobody around, and the reason to that is proberly because this lake was the cloest to the Outlands.

He sighed. He decided to just stay here, because why not. Kion sat down on a rock ledge, and sat down, sighing before deciding the lie down and closing his eyes, but listned out for any kind of trouble.

"Hey Kopa!" Kiara shouted, jumping into the Outlands, as her brother, Kopa and two friends, Vitani and Kovu stood up, looking to her.

"Hey Kiara, what's wrong? You look... worried?" Kopa asked.

"Have you seen Kion? I asked Mom, and she hasn't seen him ever since training, and that was finished 2 hours ago!" Kiara said, as that had gotten Kovu's attention, but it didn't go un-noticed by Vitani.
