"Ah, Kion! Nice of you to drop by." Rafiki shouted, while cimbing down from his little branch, as Kion just nodded.
"Yeah... hey Rafiki. The Guard made me drop by. For my--!"
"You're burns. Yes, I saw the whole thing." Rafiki said, pushing Kion towards the rock and asitting him down, while starting to mix some herbs together, "How is you're brother?"
"My-my brother--!" Kion exclaimed, coughing, "You-you know about that?"
"The Ghosts of the past told me. You're Grandfather is wondering why you have not spoke to him for a while." Rafiki said, while spreading some of the powder onto the lions burns, causing him to wince, "They are watching you!"
"I know... please. Tell him I'm sorry." Kion said, "I've just got alot going on right now."
"Of course, but I cannot tell him that. You must tell him." Rafiki said, "Remember, Kion, he is always there for guidence."
"I know..." Kion mumbled, putting his ears down, "But, I'm--- it doesn't matter."
"You're scared, something what nobody thinks you can get." Rafiki said, "They should heal over a day or two."
"Thanks Rafiki." Kion mumbled, standing up and walking out of the tree. He knew, Rafiki was right, he had to speak to his Grandfather sooner or later, and he would much rather later, but sadly it had to be sooner.
Kion ran to a cliff edge, taking a deep breath.
"GradFather Mufasa!" Kion said, as a figure appeared in the clouds, Kion never thinking he would feel this relieved to see his Grandfather.
"Ah, Kion! Haven't heard from you in a while."
"Yeah... sorry Grandfather. I have been busy."
"I see. With your brother I am guessing? And, Vitani and that Kovu?" Kion swear he saw a slight smirk appear on his Grandfathers face but ignored it, as he turned pink slightly but sighed anyway.
"Yeah I guess... still, I am sorry." Kion said.
"No worries, Kion. But, never let anybody push you around." Mufasa said, "Not even my own son. Show him whose Boss."
Before Kion could even say anything, his Grandfather was gone.
"Wait! No, come back!" Kion shouted "Please... how am I gonna stick upto him? He's my Dad!"
Kion sighed, and sat there for a few minutes when his ears flickered up. He turned, to see some leaves rusterling, then his eyes fixed onto something running away from him, fromt he Pridelands, but towards the Outlands.
"Hey!" Kion shouted, before running after the figure, he snarled, when the figure jumped into thw Outlands, but that didn't stop Kion when he leaped into the Outlands and just ran.
____________________Kion walked around the corner, looking around. He had lost that figure like 10 minutes ago, but he has been running for 20 minutes, and he didn't know where he was. He sniffed the air, but he couldn't smell anything.
Kion put his ears down, and ducked back behind a rock, when two lionesses walked by him. They stopped and looked around, before carrying on, letting Kion sigh in relief then carried on walking, but he had no idea where he was going.
He heard some shouts, as he stopped and crouched down behind a rock, about to come out when seeing Kovu walking with Vitani, but then stopped and smelling a diffrent scent, when suddenly two other lionesses came from behind them, then Kopa followed.
Kion tried going back where he was, but stopped and jumped up to a rock and crouched down, seeing the two lionesses sniff the air and snarl. His two friends and brother looked upto the rock, then looked to each other, knowing it was Kion up there.
