3rd Person POV

Roman stands on the balcony, overlooking the kingdom below as the wind lightly blows his hair and cape.

The prince had enough of being treated like a villain so he became the villain they all saw. He didn't care, now instead of a Disney prince he was a king. 

Pride smirked, he would get his revenge on those silly lights for hurting Roman. He would make sure of it. 

Patton stepped out on to the deck.

"What are you doing dear? Aren't you tired?"

Pride turns to face morality, a scowl on his face.

"What are you doing here? I don't think that you were invited."

"Roman kiddo please, you know we love-"

"Here you go again, pretending like you love me."

"When just beneath the surface you're convinced that you're above me."

"Dig deep into the past. I've never been one for doing things."

Patton holds his hand out for him

"If I'm here to save you I'll be here forever! Take my hand. I'll be you're knight in shining armor."

Pride laughs, a crazed look on his face

"You think you're a hero!"

He smacks his hand away

"And they'll tell you, you are."

"So stoic and handsome!"

"And you've come so far."

Patton looks at him, hurt

"You think you're a villain! But I know you're not."

"Under all that angst and anger."

"Is a beating human heart."  "Is a dying broken heart"

He steps closer to the dad figure

"Hey what about the lonely little kids!?"

"I'm sorry!"

"What about the monsters who prevailed?!"

"I'm sorry!"

He draws his sword

"You never came to save my world!"

"What about us?"  "What about me?"

"I recognize that you're upset! I know they did you wrong!"

Pride glares at him as he reaches out for Roman 

"Oh you know nothing of me!"

"Trust me! Please believe me! This won't stop the hurt for long!"

"We don't need to end like this! Look me in the eyes!"

Roman rolls his eyes at Patton 

"Here comes the hero complex!"

"You call yourself the villain but we know it's a disguise."  "I know I'm the villain but your the one who lies!"

"So! You're back at it again? Twisting and manipulating every word I've said."

"Come on, you know that's not true! I was trying to help you! Let me help you!"

He pushes Patton away from him, the side falling to the floor

"YOU ARE MOT MY HERO! You don't know how it felt!"

"What else could you do with the cards that I've been dealt?"

"You are not the villain! You once held my hand!"

He points his sword at the side on the ground, hatred in his eyes.

"Stand up. Get out. Sometimes things don't go as planned."

"Ro-"

"I said leave! We don't want you here."

"We?- Pride..."

"Oh so now you get it! Yes it's me! I'm back and you'll pay for hurting me, us, him!"

"It doesn't have to be like this!"

"You're right it doesn't." He turns, walking away, "I suggest you go run along and tell your light friends before the storm strikes first."

He walks back into the balcony as Patton leaves, a grin on his face. Lightning lights up the sky

"Because a storm is coming, and I'm leading it." 

He looks down at the army in the courtyard. 

"I'm back~ let's play." Pride laughs turning to the side in orange.
