"If home is where the heart is,

then why do I feel so fucking heartless "

Parkway Drive

And here I was, having my first fight with Colby.

" Come on, why are you making it such a big deal?" I argued.

" Because I was waiting for you." He yelled. "I sent you texts and called you. And you were with him all along." He pulled at his hair, visibly angry as hell, and here I was still confused at the sudden outburst of jealousy. "Honestly, I need you to tell me Roxanne, did you cheat on me? Do you still have feelings for him."

" Colby no, oh god no." I started crying, and instantly felt thankful that we were alone, even though he was scaring me a little. "I love you, I would never do that to you!"

"Then why didn't you answer?" His voice softened just a little, but my crying intensified.

" I don't know, we were talking, I didn't hear your texts." I sobbed."I hadn't seen him in a year, and I thought he hated me." I tried to justify myself. "I'm so sorry Colby please."

"It's fine Roxanne." His face suddenly went blank. "I don't know what got into me." He lifted his arms to hug me and I flinched. "Fuck, no I didn't mean to scare you." His voice quivered. "I'm not like that anymore, I wouldn't hurt you, please, I went overboard for nothing. I just, I know you loved him deeply, and I'm just so scared everytime."

He hugged me softly but tightly, running his hand on my back, whispering that he loved me every 5 seconds.

" Please forgive me." He pleaded. "I just didn't realize how jealous I could get until I heard that you were with him."

" I forgive you Colby, and I love you." I assured him. "But I guess now isn't really the right time to tell you I'll be feuding with him for a few months."

" I ..." He sighed. "I'll have to work on myself I guess. But I love you, and I want to trust you fully, cause you never gave me any reason to doubt you."

" I never will, I promise." I hugged him. "And don't be so stressed and tensed, why are you anyways?"

"I'm afraid you'll find better than me here." He admitted. "I'm also afraid you'll get hurt or something, or that you'll be overworked, and ...."

" Babe, babe stop." I chuckled. "This is part of our job, I know that, you know that, and there's nothing either of us can do about it."

He just sighed and nodded. I wrapped my arms around his torso and planted a kiss on his neck, since he was too tall for me to reach his lips. My move had the expected effect, since he chuckled and bent down to kiss me.

We went back into the arena, talking and laughing, until he had to go to a bookers' appointment. I walked him there and then roamed the corridors, without much of an idea of what to do. I guess I should be searching for the training rooms, since I still have 3 weeks of pure training ahead. I started walking in random directions, hoping to find it, when I was bumped into so hard I lost my balance and fell.

" Oh shit, is that some sort of a running gag of yours ?"

I looked up to see purple hair and a hand extended to me. I grabbed it to get up, and once on my feet, recognized Jeff Hardy instantly.

" I'm sorry, I wasn't really paying attention." I apologized sheepishly. "I swear I didn't do it on purpose."

" Hey calm down." He smiled. "I was just messing with you. I should actually be the one to say sorry. I'm Jeff by the way."

" I know." I laughed. "And I'm Roxanne."

" I know." Wait what ? How does he know me ? "I used to watch RoH a lot, I love your wrestling style, really high flying and risky."

" Well, thank you a lot." I blushed. "Coming from you it's a really big compliment."

" I hope Brooks didn't tell you too much shit about me. " He chuckled, half serious.

" Well, I tend to want to make my own opinion about people." I reassured him with a smile. "All I could really understand is that your lifestyle is pretty different from ours."

"Ah yes, that's true, you're a straight edge as well." He remembered. "Well, nice to see that all of you aren't bastards. You actually seem pretty nice."

I thanked him and we talked a little, before I finally asked him where I could find the training room. He offered to take me, and once we parted, he asked if we could exchange numbers, to which I agreed. I entered the training room, just to be familiar with it, since I'll be training here all week, I guess. I spotted Colby, talking with someone. Well, his appointment was quick as hell. I hesitated going towards him, until he saw me and motioned for me to come. I did so a bit hesitantly. I waved hello to the other person awkwardly, and he chuckled.

" Oh so, you're not really like on TV, huh ?" He laughed.

" That is Jon, one of my friends here." Colby explained, his hand going to my lower back. "He would watch your matches with me sometimes."

" Oh well, hello." I said awkwardly. "And, thanks I guess ? I'm sorry, I'm not that good with people."

" We've all been there it's okay."

We chatted for a moment, before heading back to the hotel with Colby to get much needed rest, and then going back to the arena for Raw.
