"Gimme all your love, all your tears, all the hate you feel"

Electric Callboy

As scheduled, we lost our match on the pay-per-view. The hardest thing about it was not smiling throughout the entire thing. I mean, losses are sad, but the ones that lead you to Wrestlemania hurt a bit less. We chatted for some time with the other team backstage. Becky had came, done her interruption and left straight after, which, to be fair, pleased me. I didn't need to see her, nor Colby. We hanged around with Demi a little, watching other matches, and were even met by Phil.

"Okay, how come we work at the same place but we literally never see each other?" He laughed as he sat next to us on a flight case.

"I mean, you're on the main roster mister, we're only small NXT Superstars." I chuckled. "But it feels good to see you."

"Yeah, it feels good as well." He smiled. "So, any exciting news to tell me?"

We had decided to still not tell anyone about us at work, because things could get out of hands quickly and there were microphones and ears everywhere. We wanted to tell Phil, but it would have to be somewhere private. Maybe we could organize something in Tampa, I'll have to ask Demi about it.

"Yeah, pretty big news." She started. "Can I tell him Roxanne?" I nodded at her, with a smile. "We're going to Wrestlemania!" She excitedly said.

"You're fucking with me??" He screamed. "Are you really? Shit, I'm so so proud of you guys!" He got up. "Can I hug you?"

We both nodded and went in for the group hug. It felt so nice, like, life just felt good at that point. I'll have to call the boys whenever I get the chance to announce it to them as well. I haven't had my mom on the phone in such a long time too.

"Roxanne, are you listening?" Phil startled me.

"Oh, sorry, I zoned out, what's going on?" I looked at him.

"I'm taking you guys out for dinner, to congratulate you." He said. "And don't even try to refuse."

"Refuse robbing you of a meal?" I scoffed. "Who do you think I am?"

He smiled, and Demi and I went to get showered and changed. I threw on my usual black jeans and an oversize band hoodie, and met Phil and Demi in the hallways. Everyone was starting to put away everything, making place for the show on Monday evening. We left the building together, and got to my car.

"Oh, April isn't here?" I asked. "Sorry I just thought about that."

"Oh, no, she's got a minor injury, so she's resting at home right now." He smiled. As soon as I asked about her, his face lit up. "She'll be back for Wrestlemania I think. But I'll tell her you asked, she'll be happy about it."

"No problem, I hope she's resting well."

We climbed into my car, Phil in the backseat. I handed him my phone so he could put in the address, and started driving there, making conversation with the two of them. After a while, we were interrupted by Phil clearing his throat.

"Hum? Is there something I should know about you two?" He asked, smirking.

"Huh? What do you-" I interrupted myself when I realized Demi's hand was resting a bit above my knee. She had been doing that a lot lately as I drove, and it became a habit. "I-I guess there is something to say, yeah." I blushed madly. "I'll let Demi explain, I have to focus."

"Hey, you bitch!" She chuckled, and turned on her seat to look at Phil. "We actually started being more than friends like, a month ago? We're taking things slow, and see where it leads us." She smiled brightly.

"Ah, fucking finally girls!" He threw his fists in the air. "I should have placed a bet on that, I'm so dumb."

"Don't bet on my love life you asshole." I parked in front of the restaurant. "But yeah, we aren't really about to tell everyone, so if you could keep that to yourself please?"

"Even the boys back in Australia don't know?" He asked as we all got out of the car.

"No, they don't really know, I wanted to see where this was going before." I smiled at him, and then at Demi.

"I won't tell, I promise." He linked his pinky with me, and with Demi.

We ate with him, talking about everything and anything, before dropping him back to get his hotel, joining ours next. I crashed into bed pretty fast, and when Demi joined, I absentmindedly wrapped my arms around her, spooning her. It just felt right, and I decided not to think about it so much. After a few seconds, she leaned even more into my arms, and I just hugged tighter, pressing a kiss between her shoulder blades, right before falling asleep.
