Sherlock had made fun of John, saying that whatever he does as a doctor is just stabbing and drugging people to life. It was a very stupid thing and of course Sherlock didn't mean it for real, but John took it seriously.
Now, here are they, sitting in the living room, Sherlock folding a paper frog and John sending angry glares towards him. Sherlock always does origami in situations like these.
Suddenly, he cuts his finger with the edge of a paper.
"Ouch, curse on you paper!", hisses.
John stands up, runs to the kitchen, grabs a band aid and runs back, while yelling "wheee-ooooo-wheee-ooooo-wheee-ooooo-". He places the band aid on Sherlock's finger and finally shuts up, looking at the surprised man and grinning widely.
"Now there, my dear Holmes, you have just witnessed what a doctor does."
From that day on, Sherlock never joked about John's job.
