Skinny Love [part two]

Hiro ran to try to catch up to the car but he couldn't, it was impossible. Mason picked him up at the curb.

"What the hell?" Mason sighed.

"Because of you!" Hiro shouted. His words were full of venom it was practically tripping from his mouth.

"Because of me what did I do?"Mason snapped back.

"Because of that damn bet I lost the best thing that has ever happened to me,"

"Don't blame it on me, you didn't have to go through," Mason rolled his eyes at Hiro and started for Y/N's apartment. Mason's words levitated in the air. He was right, and Hiro felt even more guilty.

"I'm so stupid," Hiro collapsed his head into his hands. Shaking his head. "She's going to think everything was fake, the I love you's, the kisses, everything," Hiro felt his eyes sting with tears. He knew he messed up. Four short minuets later Mason and Hiro arrived at Y/N's. Hiro could hear her sobs from upstairs. He follwed them with a heavy heart.

He looked in to see Y/N cleaning out her things. It broke him in two. Maybe letting her go would be the best thing for her. Hiro thought. He walked in slowly trying not to startle her.

"Y/N," Hiro whimpered and kneeled down next to her and gripped her hands.

"What are you doing here? GO!" she yelled standing up and hurrying down the stairs.

"Wait please," Hiro ran after her. He couldn't let her go. She was the reason why he wakes up every morning and if she leaves he wouldn't have a reason.

"Why should I?" she barked turning around to face him. Her cheeks were damp with tears and she felt so limp.

"Let me explain,"

"Explain that you acutally never loved me and it all a hoax," she laughed to herself.

"No, that's not at all. Listen, come here sit down," Hiro motioned to the couch next to him and she reluctently did as told. "When we started dating two years ago Mason bet me if I could stay with you for over a year I'de get 400 dollars, I needed the money at the time so I agreed. It was stupid of me to take advantage of you like that but I did and I regret it. I don't need the money anymore because I really love you, you showed me a whole different perspective of life that I would have never seen if we never met. I thank mason for that, anyways. Every single I love you and kiss was real, nothing was fake, my feelings weren't fake, they were the realist ever. I love you with all my heart and I'de die for you any day, but I understand if you want to move on from me, I messed up big time but if you can find it in your heart to forgive me it'll mean the world," Hiro finished his speel and sat down next to his love. They stayed silent for a few minutes until Y/n reached over and took Hiro's hand.

"I forgive you," she mumbled into his shoulder. Hiro wrapped his arms tightly around Y/N and kissed her passionatly. The room was suddenly filled with light and happiness.
