The cold winter air was rigid on Hiro's shoulders as he walked slowly back to his apartment. He yearned so badly for the warmth of the fire, but what he wanted more than the fire heat was the heat of his girlfriend. She's been away for months on a college degree, Hiro couldn't tell her no, but it was hard saying goodbye.

Once Hiro's feet hit the ground of his apartment building the rush of heat hit his stone cold cheeks. It burned crisply but felt calming to Hiro. He made his way up the stairs to the third floor. Waving to those who said hi.

"Finally," Hiro opened his apartment door. He kicked off his shoes and freshly made cookies lined the kitchen counter.

"Cass," Hiro shook his head and took a bit off on of the treats. Tired from work and stress Hiro slugged up the steps. He heard soft music playing from inside.

"Did I really forget again?" He whined to himself. He opened the door with a small push and inside cuddled up in the blankets watching a movie was none other than Y/N.

"It's you," Hiro grinned ear to ear and leapt in bed beside his love. He hugged her tightly.

"You're so cold Hiro," Y/N held onto Hiro tightly.

"I know, sorry, I miss you so much," Hiro gaped.

"I miss you too, "

"I didn't know you were coming home this early, but I don't care, you're here and I couldn't be happier,"

"I had to leave early due to snow storms," Y/N giggled and wrapped Hiro is some of the sheets to warm him up.

"Did you make those cookies?"

"Yep," Y/N popped the P and smiled goofily.

"You're amazing I love you so much," Hiro beamed and smothered Y/N in endless kisses.

"I love you too Hiro,"
