Your P.O.V

"Come on babe, it'll be fun," Pete urges me. The senior party is tonight and I have no interest what so ever to go.

"I would, but, Hiro's going to be there," I growl. 

"I'll beat him up if he does something stupid," Pete takes me by the waist. Pulling me closer to him. His lips push against mine. 

"I don't know," I sigh. 

"PLease, for me," He pouts. 

"Pete, I -" 

"Please, please, please," He gets down on his knees, begging me to go. Why does it matter anyway ? It's a small party for the seniors at SFIT. It's not a big deal. 

"I- Fine," his persistance worked. 

"Thank you so much," 

"Yeah,yeah,"

...............later that night

"Hey, I see your ex,"  Pete nods in the direction of Hiro I see his tall figure sauntering by the food. 

"Let's just stay away," I pull Pete towards the living room where some of the sports enthusiats are. Not my favorite people in the world. 

"Why stay away when I can beat him to a pulp ?" Pete snickers. He squirms his hand from mine and he immediatly walks toward Hiro. I spot Pete's ex as well. Standing with the basketball star. Is he trying to seem tough in front of me or her ? 

"What are you doing Pete ?" Hiro's voice trembles. He's terrified. Pete is fairly more mascualne than Hiro. Not that Hiro is weak, but he's not as big and buff as Pete is. 

"I'm going to beat the shit out of your little ugly ass," Pete smirks. 

"Pete stop !" I yell trying to pry him away. But he swats at me, hitting me right on the cheek. It burns immensly. 

"Don't you dare hurt her! " Hiro screams budding his fists. 

"I can do what the hell I want to," I feel hurt by Pete's actions and weirds, but I'm even more terrified for Hiro. 

"You hurt her, you get hurt," Hiro throws a fist and it makes contact with Pete's jaw. Suddenly people gather around the two. THey spit and hiss at eachother, telling eachother crude things. I can't take it. The room begins to fill with louder screams. As the begin to route for either side. It's ridiciouls. I'm not even going to try to take them apart. I'll only make things worse. I leave the party without a single word of where I'm going because to be honest I don't even know. I find a familar cheery blossom tree. Some of the pretty pink flowers on the ground. I pick one up and study it carefully. How could he ? How could Pete do this ? How could Hiro forget everything and ruin us ? We had something. WHy did the world have to turn this way, this is not how I planned life. I slowly pick off the petals of the floral and watch as the filter to the ground. The pink color mezmerizing to the eyes. What if my life is one big flower ? each even another petal.
