**Lark POV

"Mom? Mom, where are you?" I asked, going into her room.

I didn't like that she just shot down our idea, but I didn't want us to argue.

I mean, she was one of our biggest supporters and I knew she had our best interests, but I just wanted a little trust from her.

Shouldn't she trust us now?

But...my mom wasn't there.

The Hell?

"Mom?" I called out, looking in the bathroom in case she was there.

But nope, looks like it did when I saw it earlier in the day when I used it.

I was confused.

She just walked in here, and I knew teleportation was not in her powerset.

Or invisibility.

It didn't make sense.

I walked out of the bathroom, and saw the mirror on the wall.

"MOM!" I screamed out.

My mom was there, in the mirror.

She was there, almost as if she was sleeping and just standing there.

I was in complete and utter shock that my dad came in and asked me, "What's wrong? Lark, why are you screaming?"

All I did was point at the mirror as I was trying not to cry.

My mom...

Oh my God.

My father gathered me up in his arms and hugged me, letting me cry in his arms as he just looked at my mom in that mirror.

Desdemona had done it now by sending Beryl.

By doing this...she declared war.

*** **** ***

"So, how are we going to do this?" I demanded, once I got my emotions in check.

We needed a plan and we needed it fast.

My mom was trapped, and I wasn't even sure if she was okay in there.

Nora sighed, "I don't know. God, this wouldn't have happened if we just...I don't know. But this is getting ridiculous."

Looking at our red ranger, she looked on the verge of a panic attack.

Caleb put an arm around her.

Simp.

However, Nora just removed his arm, clearly trying to stay emotionless and Caleb was not helping in the slightest by doing that.

"What exactly can you do?" Uncle Blake asked.

Ian looked at Ezra, "You know what, don't you?"

We looked at literally the oldest person there, and he did not enjoy it.

His long, black hair was coming out of his ponytail, going into his eyes.

Almost like he was trying to hide.

"I do not want to say." He argued in a soft voice.

Uncle Hunter looked at him and told him, "You really don't really have a choice. Even if you're putting them in danger, what other choice do you have?"

I looked at Ezra, "Please. I'll do anything, cause I caused this."

I was ready to cry, I just wanted my mom back.
