"You caused this." Lacey heard.

She was terrified.

Her family, all of them....

Her husband...

Ophelia....

Morrigan had taken them.

No, it was her.

Morrigan was dead, this was different.

Desdemona had done this to her family, taken them away and made them this horrible version of themselves.

"How? I didn't do anything!" Lacey called out to the voice.

Desdemona just laughed, but it was humorless, she wasn't amused by her mother's act of innocence.

It was an act, no matter how much Lacey said she meant it.

"LIAR!" Ophelia came out of the shadows and pushed her mother into a wall.

Her eyes were orange, just like Desdemona, her younger sister.

"She wanted love, so this is what she resorted to. How is it not your fault?" Ophelia demanded.

Lacey stumbled and she hit someone behind her, grabbing her to keep her there.

Her husband.

Cam.

Turning her around, he looked down on her with the same orange eyes Ophelia had.

He told her, "You killed her. Desdemona is what remains."

Lacey shook her head, "No, I wouldn't. I didn't...."

"It doesn't matter. You still did it and we all will pay!" Cam yelled at her.

The torment would continue as Desdemona pleased.

Desdemona stared at her mother, more out of curiosity rather than worry.

The sweat.

The fear on her face.

Her eyes staring in a daze ahead, the horrible look went into her eyes.

"Hmm, I wonder what she sees." Desdemona wondered aloud.

She was alone, minus her one general and monster to induce this trance in her mother, Sarpa.

"Her worst fears, like you requested, Mistress. It could be anything." Sarpa told Desdemona, who nodded her head in reply.

Beryl glared at the pair.

She was the only general left, as the other two were defeat not too long ago.

And if she knew anything, Desdemona would sacrifice her first before herself or even Sarpa.

Beryl was not ignorant or stupid, as Sarpa was made for a purpose that wasn't outlived yet.

To keep Lacey and the other parents in their horrific trance.

Beryl's purpose was gone.

To replace and fight with Thanatos, he was gone.

She was expendable.

Sarpa was created from the poisonous Sarpa Salpa fish, or the "Dreamfish", for the exact purpose to make whoever she wanted incapacitated.

"What is our goal now? It's only the three of us now and they are now a total of nine rangers." Beryl reminded her mistress.

Desdemona looked back at her, "I'm not worried about it."

"One of them is you!" Beryl cried out.

Sarpa looked at her, "Don't talk to her that way."
