A/N ~~ Told you I'd be posting tonight ;) How are we all? Ready for Christmas yet? (If you Celebrate it of course) <3

20th June, 2019

~~Day 48, Nigeria~~

Normal POV

"I can't believe it's coming up to 7 weeks already.." Natalia comments as we are driving towards the Medical Centre for another day helping with Doctor Abu and the volunteer staff. I let Natalia and Jake fall into conversation behind me as I watch the road ahead of us along with Kai as he drives. We have been the most common group that have been here together, which has been helpful for the local people to get used to seeing the same faces. But when it hasn't been Kai, I have got used to driving in the new terrain so it's been an easy hand over in that way. Since the walk through the Village, we have been recieving more and more intel on the same group of Men we witnessed in the Village, as well as hearing more about Young girls being seen with them getting in and out of vans or tinted cars. I know Charlie wants to be more involved in terms of looking into things and what is happening, but we have been given the red light for now. I hate not being able to do more, but at the same time we need to follow orders and keep our heads down until anything concrete comes through that we can follow up on. And hopefully with the amazing training that the rest of 7 Section have been doing with the local forces, we will have some back up if and when we do get the green light to get involved. Seeing the difference in when we got here to now in the discipline already is massive. And the attitude coming from them towards us all is completely different. A better different. And I think they are all going to go very far if they keep up the hard work. Unfortunatley in terms of the medical centre, we have not been able to make the same impact with the constant interference of Dr Abu. He seems to want nothing to change, even if it is for the better, and therefore we are still struggling to help the volunteers in learning more medical-wise. It seems no matter how many times I try and explain that the more trained medical personnel that are here, the better treatment people will recieve, he doesn't want to listen. Which just makes all my suspicions about the "Doctor" feel even more true and worth looking into. But for now, low profiles it is for everyone in British Uniform.

Thankfully, even with the long days, I have been able to stay in touch with home a lot more than usual. Being able to talk with Dad, Maisie, Tom and Lizzie weekly has been amazing. I don't feel as isolated from their lives being able to hear their voices and all about their days at least once a week. I think it is also helping with Lizzie and the huge distance between us. I know she is worried about how long we are going to be apart this time, but being able to talk with her this often seems to be settling her fears more and more. I love hearing about how she is getting more involved with Producing her second Season of Sorry For Your Loss, seeing how excited she is to be getting this chance to learn and develop her skills is incredible. She is so talented and seeing her becoming so passionate for not just being infront of the camera is inspiring. She is truly amazing and I couldn't be prouder of her than I am every single day. I have even managed to get her on the phone whilst she was with her Mom having dinner last week, so seeing and talking with Jarnie was adorable. Seeing her get emotional when she seen the slight weight loss in my face, as well as the tired eyes and dusty skin made my heart melt. She really does care for me so much, and I will be forever grateful for having her in my life as the Motherly Figure I always wanted. I've also been able to talk with Scarlett and Rose which was eventful. I felt guilty with Scarlett having to try and explain to Rose where I was and why I was here, but seeing her little mind ticking over to the point she understood in her own way was so cute. Rose got a little upset knowing how long I will be away for, but I was soon able to comfort her with making plans for when I see her again before she went to bed, leaving Scarlett to grill me on how I am really doing. We had a good talk, catching up before checking in with each other with out little ears around. And hearing how she is in daily contact with Lizzie to make sure she is doing alright whilst I can't be there is more than I could ever ask for. Knowing Lizzie has someone there for her if she ever needs that support system is relaxing in so many ways. As much as I want to be the one to support her, I know she is in safe hands with everyone she has around her.

"Alright guys, let's get all the gear inside and then get washed up so we can get involved." I call out into the small group in the truck before we all get our gear and start leaving the truck. There are only a few boxes to get inside today thankfully, so it only takes one trip with us all carrying some boxes into the back office before I left them to wash up as I went to find Dr Abu. As always, I find him in his Office, but before I can even try and walk inside, he waves me off and closes the door. Great start to the day. I huff as I turn around, going back to see the rest of the guys as they are getting into some gloves and protective equipment. I do the same before we head out into the Centre, already people waiting for help from anyone of us. I get Kai and Natalia working on Vaccinations for the few kids already waiting for their injections as I take Kai with me into another one of the smaller Offices that I have been able to use as a triage room. I get a few things out and in order before I welcome one patient after another inside to see how we can help them. Kai falls into step easily, learning as I show him what I am doing as we go. In my opinion, it's the best way to learn in this type of field, seeing someone do something infront of you before trying to do it yourself with supervision. That's how I learnt, I got involved as much as I could on the field in real-life situations. That way I learnt how the body worked and reacted to treatments, not just simulating things on a dummy with no life-like reaction. The morning seems to go by smoothly, but the longer we are here, the more people that seem to arrive. It's true what they say, word of mouth really is the best way of getting information out. As soon as we seem to arrive and people see us here, more and more people come to seek our help. Even though this Centre has been here for a while now, well before we arrived. This is another reason why I think Dr Abu is not all innocent in terms of medical professionalism. My gut still telling me there is more to all this than what I have been able to see over the last few weeks.

"Okay can you follow my finger for me please?" I ask the older women sitting infront of me, her injuries pretty obvious. She has a swollen, bruised eye and a fractured or possibly even broken wrist. She has been extremely quiet, only nodding or shaking her head in reply to my questions. But the type of quiet where it would show she does not understand English, it's the type you see on a Film where someone is being forced to be stay quiet. She is almost on edge, searching the room a lot and even jumping at the smallest of noises. "That's great. Now, I'm going to take a look at your wrist, is that okay?" I ask, earning another short nod of her head. I glance over at Kai, seeing him watching her as closely as I am, telling me he is noticing this behaviour as well. I carefully take her arm in my hand, turning her forearm as gently as possibly, already certain in my head her wrist is broken by how it looks and the pain she seems to be in at the slightest movement or touch. "Alright you need a bandage on your wrist, I can do that for you now is that okay?" I suggest, and she nods with the ghost of a grateful smile as I smile in return before Kai is quick to leave the room to go and get what I need. "How did you manage to hurt yourself like this Ma'am?" I ask softly, seeing her body suddenly more relaxed now that it is just the two of us, so I try and take advantage of the time without Kai being here. "I fell.." I all she tells me. Her eyes telling me it wasn't an accident. But just the fact she is talking to me right now is already alerting me to the fact she may not feel entirely comfortable around men. So when Kai returns with what I need, I think up an excuse to get us alone again. "Kai, could you go take a supply list for me in the back office?" I suggest, which he quickly agrees too before leaving the room again. I catch the women relax even more, knowing he will be gone for a while. Confirming my suspicions as I place an ice pack against her black eye, getting her to hold it with her good hand before getting the equipment ready next to me so I can make a half-slab type bandage to protect her wrist and help it heal.

"What were you doing when you fell?" I ask after making some small, easy conversation. Seeing the women ease more and more the longer it is just the two of us here as I wrap her wrist carefully. I catch her tense slightly, looking around before giving me her attention again. "I was pushed.." She practically whispers. I try not to react, hating the idea of someone who is older, and obviously more vulnerable, being attacked on purpose for any reason. "On purpose?" I question in a matching low tone, not wanting to push too much, but the more I can find out the better. I keep my eyes on the task at hand, wrapping her wrist still as I can feel her moving uncomfortably on the bed she is sitting on. But then I hear her sigh softly, letting me know I am earning her trust slowly. "Yes. I got too involved.." She admits, as if she has committed a crime. My chest tightens a little more, my nerves on edge knowing there is most likely so much more to this than I am expecting. In these Countries, women are always the subject of injuries like this for the smallest of reasons. So there are so many things running through my mind as to why someone has hurt this women. Every one of them worse than the other. "Too close to..?" I question carefully and quietly. I need to know what has happened to this poor women. "The Girls.." Instantly my heart drops. All my suspicions becoming a reality with the small bits of information I have been gathering. Fuck.. This is not good. I finish the small end of the bandage, making sure it is secure before giving the women my full attention. "What girls?" I ask, a little more seriousness to my tone. I don't mean to worry her, but instantly I see her withdraw and sit back a little, her eyes scanning the room again. I cringe, not realising how serious I went before relaxing my own body again to help her calm down. I need as much information as I can get right now, I need something to go off so we can step in and help. "I apologise.. I just, I just want to help. I can help if you tell me anything you know. I can help the girls.." I explain softly, hoping to get through to the women if she knows I can help. I let her process my words as I prepare the dry part of the bandage. But it doesn't take long for her to respond more relaxed again as she leans into the small space between us. "Pregnant girls.."

Those two words make my stomach twist in knots. Everything adding up instantly. The pills, prescriptions, what we witnessed at the Village. There are young girls being forced into pregnancy somewhere close. I hate this side to the job, finding this out and seeing it happening. It shouldn't ever happen. But unfortunatley it does in places like this and a lot of the time, there is not a huge amount anyone can do. But we need to do something, anything to try and help. "Are they close to here?" I question further, needing as much detail about all this as I can. I need to do something, I can't sit back now I know this is all linked somehow. "Yes." She answers, her eyes watching as I do the last touches to her bandage, the ice pack long forgotten about from her eye. "Could you.." I begin to ask if she could tell me exactly where the girls are, but we are both interupted by a firm knock on the door before Dr Abu practically barges his way into the office. I snap my head towards the door, seeing a less then pleased Doctor looking between myself and the patient sitting infront of me. A scowl like expression across his face, as if he knows this women somehow. I look back at the women when Dr Abu does not say anything, instantly seeing her retreating from her more relaxed demenour. Instead she is almost cowering away from the Man as he walks into the room more, looking over the small desk for something with his eyes going between the papers and the women infront of me. I decide that I need to get this information, somehow. But the Doctor is lingering at the desk, watching us both carefully as the women has completely withdrawn and is not saying a word. I take another look at her eye as I wait for the last part of the bandage to harden, making sure there are no possible fractures to her cheek. As soon as I look into her eyes, I can see the fear behind them. I whisper a small "your safe" into the small space between us, hoping the man behind us does not hear before an idea comes to mind as I see her nod softly in reply. Possibly the only way I am going to get anymore information from this women now that we are not alone in the room, and won't be again..

"Okay so this is just a small form so we can get some details from you since I have treat you today. All I need is your name, age and anything else you can fill out for me." I hand the clipboard to the women, thankfully he stronger hand not being the one that is injured so she can hopefully write for me. I would normally fill out these forms during the initial triage, but for some reason I didn't with this women, and thankfully I didn't. I stay sitting close, almost putting a barrier between the women and Dr Abu so she feels a little safer as she takes the clipboard and begins to write down her name. As she is filling out the form, I can hear the Doctor pacing behind the desk across the room, almost impatiently waiting for something. But still, he has not said a word. So, I turn my head slightly, my eyes on both the other people in the room with me for my own safety, as well as the women sat with me. "Can I help you with something Doctor?" I ask Dr Abu, a stern hint to my voice, letting him know I am not pleased that he has interupted so rudely when I am with a patient. I catch him huff in annoyance before clearing his throat and stopping his relentless pacing. "I need some prescription forms.." He decides poorly, not making much of a believable excuse. But, I play along, pointing towards the side of the desk where I keep them for now. "Right infront of you Doctor." I tell him, causing him to smile sarcastically as he takes some forms and then slowly starts to leave the room. I turn my attention back to the women as I feel her subtly tap my leg, seeing her eyes wide looking between me and the paper infront of her. She carefully points the pencil in her hand towards the small handwritten note at the bottom of the page that reads "Address for girls? " That I had written myself to try and get the information I need without saying it verbally infront of anyone. I nod subtly in reply, a comforting smile on my face that the women slowly copies before she writes something down and then hands me the clipboard back. "Thank you, that's everything I need from you.." I go on to explain the aftercare for both her wrist and eye, giving her anything she needs as the Doctor finally leaves the room. I ramble a little, waiting to hear him take another patient into his Office before I feel comfortable letting her leave alone.

As soon as we both hear his door close, she quickly grabs my arm and tugs my attention to her. "Please, do what you can." Is all she says before rushing to get her things and leave the room. I just watch her leave before looking down at the clipboard in my hand, seeing the name of the smaller Village not far from here where the girls must be. Instantly my heart is racing at the thought of wanting to go there now to help, but that would be a stupid move when we have an entire team ready to back me up. I just hope with this new information, we get the go ahead to look into this. Suddenly I'm snapped from my thoughts when I hear foot steps outside my door, so I quickly rip the paper from he clipboard, folding it and tucking it into my breast pocket out of view of anyone. But as soon as I see Kai entering the office, I let out a sigh of relief, knowing it is not the Doctor coming back, for now. "You okay Lane?" Kai asks, obviously noticing my panic as he walked inside. I smile and nod my head, starting to clear away everything I had to treat the women as he comes to help. "Yeah I'm alright." I assure him as best I can, not wanting to discuss anything until we are away from the Centre. Once we get cleared away, we get back on track helping the last of the locals who have been waiting to be seen. The rest of the days seems to go quickly, and before I know it there are only a couple of people left to be treat. Kai and Jake are outside clearing things up with the volunteers as Natalia is with me in the office. "Today has been pretty uneventful huh Lane?" Natalia jokes, making me chuckle a little nervously. If only she knew what I had in my pocket.. But before I can even attempt to say anything in reply, the door to the office swings open again. Revealing none other than Dr Abu. He pretty much storms into the room, eyes burning into me as the door slams shut behind him. I catch Natalia jump a little across the room, my eyes flickering to make sure she is okay before my attention is quickly back on the man now on the other side of the desk. "I need all the patient details from today if you don't mind Harley." He says, his voice laced with something I don't even want to comment on. I'm slowly beginning to hate this man. But, I stand straight, showing he does not effect or intimidate me even with his taller stature. He will not get the better of me like he does everyone else, especially women.

"First of all, it's Captain Lane.." I begin, standing my ground and using my rank to show that I have dealt with a lot worse than him in my career. "And secondly, the patients I treat in this room are my patients. Therefore there is no need for you to see their details. Personal details are confidential to anyone who did not treat that person. So no Dr Abu. You cannot see them, unless you have proper reasoning behind your request." I keep my voice stern, and instantly catch Natalia with a subtle smirk at the corner of her lips. The complete opposite to the look of both surprise and frustration on the Doctors infront of me. Knowing he will not be getting his own way with me, no matter what he tries. And just as I think he is going to leave it there, instead he walks around the desk, getting face to face with me as I turn my body slightly towards his. My entire body tense, waiting for any reaction that may come my way. "I won't ask again, Captain." He pretty much mocks, boiling my blood a little but I don't let it show. I catch Natalia going to move, but I just raise my hand a little subtly to tell her to stay where she is for now. "Good. Because your not getting any patient details from me." I add strongly, making sure he understands exactly where I stand on this matter. I catch him flinch a little, causing my body to tense even more expecting some sort of physical reaction. But to my surprise, he backs off with a loud grunt before storming out of the room all together. Instantly I let my body relax when the door closes behind him, turning to see Natalia with a confused expression on her face as she slowly comes to stand infront of the desk. "What was that all about?" Natalia questions, a slight hint of amusement in her voice. "I'll explain back at the barracks, not here." I add, making her nod her head in reply seeing that this may be more serious than she expects it to be. "Are you okay?" She checks, seeing my breathing a little heavier than usual as I clam my body down. I hate being so on edge when someone is being threatening, but I'd rather be ready for anything than get a surprise when something comes my way. "Always.." I quickly flash her a smirk, making her laugh before we both hear someone in distress outside the room. Instantly catching our attention as we rush out of the room to find out what is going on..

As soon as we make it into the main room of the Medical Centre, I see Jake and Kai carrying a young girl through from the front doors of the building. I quickly check the girl for injuries as she screams out in pain, but it becomes obvious as I see she is heavily pregnant as they bring her a little closer. I look over and see another women just behind Jake, worry etched into her face as she looks around the room in panic. "We found her outside Lane.." Kai explains as I rush forward to meet them half way. "It's alright guys good job, bring her this way, Jones stay with the women and keep her calm." I call out orders on the spot as I turn and search the room, seeing an empty side room not too far away with a curtain for some privacy. I run ahead, grabbing some protective clothing as the guys follow and lay the girl down on the small bed in the room. Once I am ready, I turn back and see the guys giving me some room as Natalia is talking to the women as they join us. My attention then goes straight to the girl on the bed, noticing one hand on her lower stomach as the other is grabbing onto the sheet she is lying on. "Okay I know your in a lot of pain right now but can you understand me?" I quickly ask as I see the sweat dripping from her forehead as her breathing is very irregular. She nods her head quickly to my question, making all this a little easier straight away. "My name is Harley, can you tell me your name?" I ask as I try and make her as comfortable as possible on the bed with the few pillows available. "Uzuri.." She answers breathlessly. "That's a beautiful name, can you speak English Uzuri?" I add, and she nods her head again a little frantically. "A little.." She answers, making me smile as I grab some equipment from my bag on the floor to start doing some quick routine checks. "Great. Now, I need you to keep breathing as deep as you can for me and try and tell me what is hurting?" I ask calmly, trying to help her calm down as much as she can. I know she is pregnant, but she may not be in labour just yet which is my first thought. "My belly.. My, some water.. It come away.." Shit.. Maybe she is in labour..

"Okay so your waters have broke?" I clarify, and she frantically nods her head. "Yes." She tells me verbally, and I start to panic a little. "How long have you been pregnant?" I check, wanting to know as much as I can before she starts to struggle to talk to me. "Long time.." I s all she tells me, not extremely helpful but I'll take it anyway. "How many weeks, do you know?" I try but she just shakes her head softly. "Sorry I don't know.." She frowns but I just smile and shake my head gently. "It's okay, just keep breathing, in and out for me.." I quickly change the subject, not wanting to cause her any upset, especially right now. I need her calm as she can be to make sure nothing happens to either of them. "Please don't let me die.." I catch the fear behind her eyes, my chest tightening as she reaches for my hand and grips on so tightly. The room seems to go silent as we share a brief moment, like her life is literally in my hands. But not just hers.. "Your not dying today Uzuri.. Your in good hands." I quickly get a wave of confidence from somewhere, even though I have never been at a birth or been a part of one, I will do everything in this moment to keep them both safe. Our moment is quickly gone as another contraction washes over the girl, this one even more intense than the last as she grips onto my hand and screams in pain. I look over, seeing Jake and Kai waiting to help as Natalia comforts the other women just outside the room. "Kai, I need you to go get some clean towels for me and then get Natalia in here, Jake I need you up here with Uzuri and keep her breathing through the contractions as calmly as possible alright." I quickly shout my orders, and they both jump straight too it. Kai rushes out the room as Jake runs to take my place. I get what I need from my bag before Kai and Natalia return with some towels and medications to help this girl with the pain. Natalia gets to work quickly setting up a drip as Kai takes over comforting the women who is now at the other side of the room. I rush around setting up what I can with what is here, the contractions coming thick and fast letting me know that this baby is coming whether I am ready or not. Once Natalia has set up the drip and anything else she could help with, she joins me at the bottom of the bed, helping me get the women into a comfortable position for child birth.

"What do you need Lane?" Natalia asks almost panicked as we hear the girl screaming again. "It looks like we are delivering a baby Jones, so get ready.." I try and joke, causing her to laugh nervously as we both share a look. This is not something the Army trains you for.. But here we are. "Oh fuck." Is all Natalia can reply with, making me laugh as we look up and see the girl crying in pain. Suddenly the women comes to my side, grabbing my arm and turning me towards her with a desperate look in her eyes. "Will she be okay?" She asks, looking between my eyes as if she is searching for her own answer. "Yes Ma'am, she's going to be fine, I promise you." I tell her confidently, not wanting her to worry about the girl. "Kai, can you stand with her please, Natalia I need you to set up the gas and air and some diamorphine." I gently let Kai take the women up to the other side of the bed to where Jake is, hearing the girl in a lot of pain right now. Something telling me this baby is coming sooner rather than later. I have done some basic training in terms of pregnancy and childbirth, but nothing to prepare me for actually delivering a baby myself. So I go into Medic-mode, trying to remember what we learnt. The first thing coming to my mind is being shown how to check how dilated someone is. And as much as it is not the most pleasant thing in the world to do, it needs to be done so we know how long we have. I tell Uzuri what is about to happen, who just nods as she screams in pain. I do what I have to do, being pretty sure she is fully dilated and in full blown labour right now. I then quickly feel the lower part of her belly, going through the small amount of training in my head step by step. I make sure the baby is in the right position, and thankfully it feels like they are. I look over and see Natalia waiting for me to say anything, but right now all I can think is she needs to push. "Natalia, take those towels and come to my side.. Okay Uzuri, the baby is ready to come, I need you to push." I explain as clearly as I can. Thankfully, the women helps by encouraging the girl to do as I have asked. Jake and Kai quickly joining her as Natalia comes to my side with clean towels ready for this baby to come into the World. Woah.. An actual baby is about to be born into my arms.. Holy shit!

"Take a deep breathe, and push again." I try and encourage the girl as she screams out and pushes over and over. I take some towels from Natalia as I see the baby crowning. "Your doing amazing Uzuri, one more big push for me! Natalia, be ready with more clean towels and I need something for cutting the cord." I turn and say, seeing Natalia in complete shock at what is happening infront of us right now. "Yes Lane." She rushes off to get what I need as I turn my attention back to the baby coming into the World. "Come on Uzuri, one more big push." I try again, seeing her body start to tire. But I can't let her relax. We need this baby out before her body can calm down at all. But before I even have time to say anything more, the girl screams so loudly as I position my hands and practically catch the baby in my arms. A wave of emotions hitting me like a bus as I hold onto the baby in my hands, quickly the towel around it's small body as Natalia quickly comes to my side with some surgical scissors. "Go ahead Jones, cut the cord." I encourage her and she nods and does as I say, cutting the cord between baby and Mother before I move the baby to the small table as I leave Natalia to helping Uzuri. I lay the baby down gently, feeling tears start to build in my eyes. There's been no cry. There should have been a cry by now. I start to panic as I take part of the towel and gently start to rub against the babies chest, encouraging anything from the tiny human infront of me. I then feel a hand on the back of my shoulder, Jake's voice beside me as my attention is solely on the baby. "Lane.. What's happening?" He asks just as panicked as I feel but then I catch two tiny arms shoot into the air and then.. She cries. The baby girl infront of us both starts wailing so loudly, bringing nothing but happy tears and laughter. "Thank fuck for that!" Jake sighs out, gripping my shoulder as I get the little girl cleaned up as she continues to cry. I can hear Natalia and Kai behind us talking to Uzuri and the women, letting them know the crying is a positive sign as Jake stays with me. Once the baby is clean, I swaddle her as best I can in a clean towel before lifting her into my arms as gently as possible. She seems in perfect health right now and I couldn't be happier. "Hello little one.. Your so strong." I coo down at the baby in my arms, hearing Jake chuckle softly as he leans over my shoulder and strokes her cheek with his thumb gently. "You had us worried for a minute baby girl." He adds, making me smile with how gentle he is being. Not something we get to be very often when we are in Uniform.. But this has been something I will never forget.

"Your baby girl wants to say hello.." I slowly and carefully bring the baby girl over to Uzuri as she lies back in the bed, completely exhausted. But as soon as she looks up after hearing my voice, I carefully hand the baby over and see the sparkle in the young women's eyes as she holds her baby for the first time. Natalia and Kai come and say hello as I walk over to the sink across the room, washing up after taking my gloves and overalls off. My mind and emotions are going crazy right now, so many feelings washing over me as I hear the baby behind me I just brought into the World. Wow.. But before I can get too lost in my thoughts, I feel a tug on my Uniform. I turn around and see the women standing behind me with tears in her eyes and a beaming smile on her face. "Thank you, thank you so much." She pleads, hugging me so tightly in her arms. "Your very welcome Ma'am." I reply as I hug her back before she rushes back to the girls side, cooing down at the baby girl. I watch them in awe of the baby before Kai, Jake and Natalia join me to get washed up. Then when they get done, they all come and join me as we just watch the three people across the room for a moment. "That was one hell of a job you did Lane." Jake breaks the silence, patting my back in comfort. "Thanks Jake." I reply easily, turning to face him before turning to see Natalia on my other side. "I can't believe we just watched a new life being brought into the world." She adds, tears still in her eyes as I rub my hand up and down her back soothingly. "Amazing isn't it." Kai adds to my statement, coming to Natalia's other side as we just take another minute before I look down and see the time. "Now, let's get back to the barracks before Charlie sends out a search party for us. Shall we?" I suggest, making them all laugh as we slowly make our way over, saying goodbye to Uzuri, the other women and the tiny baby girl who is now snoozing in her Mother's arms. I can't seem to tear myself away before I force myself to leave the room, doing our usual hand over with the staff that have already arrived. I ask them to take special care of Uzuri and her baby before we pack up the truck and begin to drive back to the barracks. So many thoughts going through my mind.. From the horrible, gut wrenching information from earlier in the day, too the most incredible experience of my life. Bringing a baby girl into the World with my own hands..

What a fucking day!
