Chapter 15

TW-Mention of Rape

Its the first night in our new house, even though I was in a new place, new room, new bed, all I could think about was Dean. I knew he wouldn't be able to get us but I still feel as if he'd come in my room in the middle of the night.

It was midnight so it wasn't that late. Jason,  Alex and Noah fell asleep, Jackson is still sorting his room out. Since I couldn't sleep and putting everything away didnt take as long as I thought, I threw on a hoodie and made my way to Jackson's room.

I creaked open the door and saw Jackson surrounded by open bags and clothes everywhere. "Shit did I wake you up princess? Come inside you dont need to stand in the doorway" he said with a worried look on his face. I shook my head after he said he thought he woke me up and I sat on the floor helping him with his clothes.

"I couldn't sleep so I thought I'd come help you" I said taking clothes out his suitcases and folding them for him to put them wherever. "Is something on your mind? You know he can't hurt you anymore right" he said putting his clothes in hangers. "Jackson , can I tell you all something tomorrow, it's really important" I said looking over at him who was already looking at me with a concerned look.

"Ok princess, and of course you can tell us anything" he said smiling at me. "I'll finish this up you go and try get some sleep ok, good night princess" he said before kissing my forehead. I left his room whilst thinking how they'd react when I tell them. Maybe I shouldn't, oh who am I kidding I sort of have to tell them now.

I layed in bed not being able to sleep, mainly because I was scared of having another nightmare. Thankfully morning came quite quickly, I made my way to my bathroom still mesmerised by what I was seeing. After I finished in my bathroom I sat in my wardrobe trying to remember where I put my hoodies and leggings.

"Noah, Alex, Jason, Quinn breakfast!" I heard Jackson calling. I found my clothes and threw them on and made my way to my vanity. I didnt put any makeup on incase I cried whilst telling them and just ruin it. I threw my hair into a messy bun and went downstairs into the kitchen where my brothers were already sat eating pancakes.

Even though I loved Jackson's pancakes I still had no appetite so I made my way to the living room and waited for them all to be done. "I left yours in the microwave make sure you eat in a bit please" Jason said sitting next to me. A few minutes later my other brothers came in and sat on the couch. "Jackson said you had something important to tell us, is everything ok?" Alex said looking over at me with a worried look.

I stood up so I could look at all of them whilst they waited patiently to say what I needed to, I didn't know how to say to them 'Oh yeah basically dad raped me a few nights ago which is why I've been having panick attacks, no appetite, flashbacks and haven't been able to sleep'.

I took a deep breathe and just said what I could "So I don't really know how I can say this without crying because I know for sure I will, but I know I can trust you guys. I wanted to tell you after 'it' happened but I thought you wouldn't believe me and I was just scared. So uhm the night when you guys brought me home I" I felt my voice break and tears formed in my eyes and I looked down on the carpet because I couldn't look them in the eyes. I felt a strong pair of arms wrap around me, I flinched at first but looked up and saw them all hugging me.

"You can tell us anything, we'll believe you we promise" Noah said before sitting back down followed by Jackson, Alex and Jason. I wiped my eyes but kept them glued to the floor.

"A bit after you guys left my room uhm, Dean came into my room and he was really drunk, first I um thought he came to yell at me. He said I made his life hell and then he" I started crying just a the thought of what had happened that night. I took a quick glance at my brothers and they looked worried, but angry knowing Dean had done something.

"He said I made his life hell then h..he r..raped me" I fell the floor crying leaving my brothers stunned. "I haven't b..been a..able to e..eat o..or go i..in my r..room, I h..havent s..slept, I h..have f..flashbacks of t..that n..night t..that's why I..i p..panicked a..at s..school the o..other d..day"I stuttered. I looked up at them and their eyes were filled with murderous rage. They came over to me and hugged me tighter than before "I'm scared" I whispered but they just hugged me tight.

After a minute or two Alex lifted up my chin and wiped my eyes so I was facing them. "Honey, I wish you told us sooner, and you don't need to be scared he can't and won't ever touch or come near you ever again" he said stroking my hair "He's going to wish he was never born princess, im going to get my team on this and he won't see the light of day again" Jackson said getting me tissues.

"I'm glad you told us so we can deal with it, and of course we would believe you we know you wouldn't make up something like that" Noah said rubbing my back. Jason's eyes filled with rage, he got up and walked towards the door but before he could open the door he was stopped by Alex "GET THE FUCK OFF ME IM GOING TO MAKE THAT MOTHERFUCKER SUFFER FOR TOUCHING HER!" He screamed "He is going to suffer, but it's not worth you going to jail aswell, we are going to deal with this Jason I swear" Alex said bringing him back and sitting him down.
