Forbidden Love

Chapter 21

"Not long left honey you ok?" Alex asked rubbing my back whilst I leaned over to the open window which blowed my face with the cool breeze. Jackson thought it was a good idea for all of us to go out somewhere and despite loving long car journeys and road trips, I get very car sick.

3 hours later here we are at some big ass theme park and the second the car stopped I jumped out knowing if I was in for a minute longer I would've thrown up everywhere. Jackson got all our tickets and we made our way to the entrance. "Right, all of you make sure your phones are switched on incase any of us call, no one turn their location off, we are meeting back here in exactly 3 hours so go on rides, eat food, play games, do whatever but be safe please" Jackson said handing all of us our tickets.

I personally wasn't a big fan of huge crowds growing up but overtime I got less anxious about them but that doesnt mean I love them either and to be honest, who does? I made my way to a huge roller coaster with Jason because the other 3 are apparently 'too old'.

Once me and Jason were strapped in, after a few seconds we were zooming a thousand miles an hour. Me and Jason were sat right at the front and had our arms in the air and were screaming at the top of our lungs. Once we got off we were still laughing but then parted ways cause Jason ran into a few of his friends.

I was wandering around looking to see what I should do, then I saw a tall figure with familiar black curly locks. I walked over and realised it was Andrès. "Andrès? What are you doing here?" I asked confused to see him at a theme park.

"What? Cant a guy have fun?" He smirked "No im just surprised to see you here" I chuckled nervously, despite being friends for quite a while he still makes me nervous. "Want to play some games or go on rides?" He asked, "Games?" I asked, he nodded and brought me over to a game booth with a lot of stuffed animal prizes.

I could tell he was watching me basically drool over this super cute panda, panda's are my favourite animal I absolutely adore them they are so cute! "That one please" he said to the guy working the game pointing to the panda that I was staring at. It was one of those games where you had a ball and had to knock over a pyramid of cans with one throw.

Andrès chuckled slightly then threw the ball with a lot of force knocking them all down making it seem effortless. He turned over and winked at me making butterflies swarm in my stomach whilst the guy working the game was just as shocked as I was. "Here you go dopey" he said handing me the panda. "What? You got this for me? Your so cute sometimes" I said taking the panda and instantly shutting my mouth after hearing what I just said.

"Im cute?" He smirked but I ignored him as we headed in a direction of one of those air swings. "Not anymore" I said turning away from him. We walked into a huge crowd and I lost Andrès, just great. I tried calling him but it kept going to voicemail , I was getting pushed in between people and I just wanted a hole to appear and swallow me whole.

I started panicking a lot, then my phone died. This day was supposed to be fun instead it ended up in disaster, my phone was dead, I was lost in a huge crowd. I couldn't see over the sea of people around me which only scared me even more.

"There you are, do I seriously have to consider putting a leash on you dopey?" Andrès said instantly sighing after holding my hand which sent tingles running up and down my spine. I clung on to him whilst we brought us out the crowd and towards Jackson.

"Thanks Andrès, I don't know what I would've done if I had lost Quinn" Jackson said giving Andrès a guy hug. Is that what they call it? "And sorry for being so harsh on you when we first met, it's kind of a rule of the older brother to threaten any boys who are friends with their younger or even their older sister but I can tell you mean well" Jackson said putting his hand on Andrès's shoulder. Finally was that so hard?

"Don't mention it, I would be the same towards my sister too and I won't let anything or anyone hurt Quinn I promise" He said giving Jackson a reassuring smile. Andrès had to go because his Dad had called so me and Jackson made our way to the air swing ride.

After 3 hours, 5 rides and 3 games later we all met up at the spot we were supposed to and made our way to the car. "Pleeeeeaaaasseeeee, just once and I'll stop asking" I begged, I was trying to convince the boys to put on 'I See The Light' from Tangled but they were all being stubborn.

But as usual Noah gave in and put it on on the car's Bluetooth. I was singing away whilst Alex recorded me and the other 2 laughed. Rude. I personally think I gave a great performance. Jackson stopped at Crèmes so we could all get desserts and watch a movie at home to end a great day.

I was debating between a cookie dough and a waffle then thought, this isn't a hard decision because white chocolate chip cookie dough with ice cream is so much better than a waffle. After Jason went in and got our desserts we made our way home.

Currently in a heated battle of Rock Paper Scissors to determine who chooses the movie. I was going to suggest Tangled but I think they are sick and tired of me singing to the songs then crying at the scene where Flynn sacrifices himself but how can you not.

Jackson wants to watch Lord of the Rings, Alex wants to watch Panick Room, Noah wants to watch Spiderman No-Way Home, Jason wants to watch Smile. Hell no I'd rather not watch a creepy ass movie I get enough nightmares as it is. And I want to watch Prison Break. Yeah yeah I know it isn't a movie but it's by far my favourite series and Michael Scofield is so hot.

Its now between me and Jackson. I won! Obviously, these guys know that I'm the best at Rock Paper Scissors. "She always wins" Jackson said rolling his eyes. "Can you stop crying and hand me my cookie dough please, loser" I said holding my hand out whilst I put on Prison Break.
