Tonight Natalie is doing her weekly room clean. For the most part she just reorganizes and puts things away that she was too lazy to put away the days before but sometimes she'll vacuum and dust if it needs it.
It's relaxing for her and it helps her throughout the week when she gets ready in the mornings. She puts on some calming music and sings softly to it while she tidies up. That and she talks to herself a bit, muttering about what needs to go where and what she needs to do next.
Louis lays on her floor, only getting in the way sometimes. He watching her fondly. Giggling occasionally when he hears her muttering to herself under her breathe.
"You know your room is already clean right?" He says to her teasingly.
"Louis, we go over this every week, clean and organized aren't the same thing."
"How do you even sleep in my room? It's always a mess." He says with a laugh.
She turns around to him, smirking. "The cute boy who cuddles me helps."
"Oh does he?" He says sitting up and practically beaming at the compliment.
"Yeah, he's very kind and sweet and handsome and comfortable."
"Comfortable?" He asks, his head tilting to the side.
"Yeah, I always sleep best when I can lay on his chest."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah. I love it when you stoke my hair and whisper in my ear and how warm you are. And how you lets me tell you stories that make no sense at all hours of the night."
"Love your stories," he says and reaches his hand out to her, pulling her into his lap. "Anything else you love about me?" He says cheekily.
"Your hair, your eyes. Your tattoos."
"My tattoos?"
"Yeah, very much." She nods as she says it.
"Thank you." He smiles.
"Anytime." She leans in closer to him to kiss his lips a few times. "Now, let me get up and finish this."
He sighs dramatically, lets her go. He moves to sit on her bed instead. When he sits down he feels a lump underneath the covers. Too curious to leave it alone, he rips the covers back and finds a stuffed animal. It's a llama with a purple bow over its one ear and it's weirdly heavy.
"Love? What's this?" He asks with a teasing tone.
She turns around, "Oh, that's my llama."
"Well, yeah. I see that. I didn't know you still have stuffed animals." He says with more than a little hint of humor in his voice.
"I mean I always liked them as a kid, but it's not really a stuffed animal." She says as she continues to clean.
"You mean kind of like how guys will say they are action figures not dolls?" He jokes.
"No, not like that you menace."
"I can't believe you would say that." He says with mock hurt, pulling her down to meet him on the bed. "What is it then?"
"It's a heating pack. For when I get a tummy ache."
"Aww that's so cute." He says and finally actually lets her get back to tidying up.
A few days later they're all having their weekly movie night, but this time they have tons of snacks.
