3. Saved

3rd person's POV

"So let's have some fun, shall we?" Harry smirked, moving closer to Seo-jae and Chet. Tyson, the youngest of the crew immediately took a dislike to the thought. "Hey, you can't do that! If boss ever found out, he would have your throats! You know how protective he is over her!! This isn't right!! Our job is to bring her back alive. Not harm her." Tyson stated, moving forward in front of Seo-Jae to block her from the others. Flint growled in annoyance, shoving the young boy aside which made him shout. "That doesn't matter. We have her now, why not punish her ourselves for causing so much trouble? Huh? It's nearing winter and she's got us out here in the cold searching for her. I say she deserves punishment." Chet snapped, tugging Seo-Jae's hair harshly. She crashed against his chest, crying out loud as the fear in her grew stronger. She was absolutely terrified out of her mind, "Let me go!! You bastards!! Don't touch me!!" Seo-jae began thrashing against Chet, as Flint and Harry moved closer in order to restrain her. She kicked at Flint, hoping to keep him away from her. Tyson rushed forward, trying to stop them but Harry hit him harshly in the stomach. The young man let out a pained grunt, clutching his stomach and hit the ground with a soft thud. Seo-jae threw her head back, hitting Chet in the nose causing him to shout in pain. He shoved her onto the ground, cradling his nose which had started gushing blood from the harsh impact her head made with his nose. He growled, becoming angry at her as Flint took out a handkerchief and handed it to Chet to use for his nosebleed. "You little bitch, I'm gonna make you pay for that." Chet growled, inching closer to Seo-jae who backed up quickly. She got closer and closer to the bush that Namjoon and Jimin had been hiding behind, the three hybrids deciding now was the time to move.

Before things could escalate any further, Namjoon and Jimin exited from behind the bush. Seo-jae whimpered slightly, as the two wolves walked out in front of her. Both growling viciously and deeply at the three men coming for Seo-jae, anchoring their paws on the ground and used a defensive position. They were ready to attack the men which confused Seo-jae as to why they were protecting her and not actively trying to eat her. Tyson panicked, fear rolling off of him in waves as he clamored to his feet.

"You fuckers. Get out of the fucking way now!! I won't hesitate to put a bullet through your fucking skulls!! Now move!" Chet threatened, but Jimin and Namjoon stayed put, not moving a muscle. They were never easily intimidated by humans, even if those humans carried guns. Hybrids were much stronger, healed faster and were more dangerous than humans. And they knew this, which also meant that Flint and the other three men knew this as well. This is what unsettled them so greatly, knowing that hybrids were a lot stronger than humans. And to make matters worse for them, these two wolves were wild hybrids. Wild hybrids are much more aggressive than an average hybrid, they can kill you without remorse if it meant protecting themselves or each other.

Flint raised his gun, hissing at the two to move but yet again, the two didn't listen and stayed put. Not liking the blatant disrespect, Harry fired his gun in hopes of hitting Namjoon but the large black wolf moved to the side. The bullet whizzed past Seo-Jae, slightly grazing her arm causing the young girl to panic as the bullet became lodged in the tree beside her. Smelling the strong scent of blood, Jimin moved quickly, tackling Harry to the ground, attacking him. Harry struggled against the large white wolf, pushing the side of his gun into his mouth to keep him from biting him. Flint tried to shoot at Jimin, missing the white wolf completely. He tried to take another shot but missed once again as Tyson shook in fear from watching them. Flint was shoved to the ground, Namjoon basically mauling him which left Chet and Tyson to stand and watch.

Yoongi who had been up in the trees watching, laughed loudly in his head. He couldn't believe just how stupid those humans really were as to trying to kill two large wolf hybrids, who were in their animal form. He shifted his gaze from the bloody onslaught caused by Namjoon and Jimin, over to Tyson who hadn't raised his gun to them. Instead, the young man was pressed up against the nearby tree, tears practically rolling down his cheeks as he watched his friends get mauled. "Jimin said something about him not being someone to worry about. It seems he was right, the kid must be hell of lot younger than Jimin. Which begs the question, what the fuck is is he doing out here with them?" Yoongi moved his attention away from Tyson and the tears, hearing the screams of Flint and Harry. Seo-jae who watched this all go on, started crying as Chet made his way over to her. Panic was clearly written all over his face, as he knew that those hybrids wouldn't miss the chance to eat him, Tyson or her. He knew that he had to get her out of there, because it would be bad had he gotten away and went back to his boss, only to report that she had been killed by a pack of wild hybrids. Finally getting the gun away from Flint, Jimin mauled the man, leaving him a bloody mess. Chet panicked hearing Harry and Flint's screams, as Tyson froze in fear watching the two wolves.

"Come on, let's go!"

"No!!! Get away from me!!" Seo-jae scrambled to her feet, taking off causing Chet to chase after her. Yoongi sleathily moved between trees, following Seo-jae and Chet. Namjoon and Jimin satisfied with killing the two men, took notice that Seo-jae was nowhere to be seen.

"Where did they go?"

"I don't know but something tells me Yoongi Hyung's got this." Namjoon said, as they heard a sniffle. Both wolves snapped their head to the right, finding Tyson who was on his knees and crying silently. "Hyung, what do we do about him? He is completely harmless. I knew I was right to follow my gut." Jimin said, his eyes staring at Tyson's shaking figure. "Leave him. He's much younger than you and I can tell he doesn't really belong out here. Let's go find Yoongi Hyung." Namjoon said, Jimin let out a bark for understanding and the two ran off to find Yoongi.

Meanwhile...

"Seo-Jae. Get back here!!! Your father will murder me if I come back without you and tell him that those wild hybrids slaughtered you in front of me!!" Chet shouted, still rushing after Seo-jae. The young girl kept running, leaves crunching under her shoes as she rushed down a clear path. Chet having enough of her stupidity, pulls out a smaller handgun and stops running. He pants heavily, his breath showing in the frigid cold air and aimed his gun. He fires the first shot but misses Seo-jae as she dodges the bullet in the nick of time, going to hide behind a nearby tree. "Come out, Seo-jae! You know you cannot hide from me!" Chet shouted, his voice carrying through the vast forest. He silently treaded through the leaves, staying completely quiet as he made his way down the path. Yoongi hopped across two trees, landing gracefully on the branches. Seo-Jae slightly moves her foot, stepping forward to peek around the tree she had been hiding behind. When she sees that Chet has his back to her, she quickly takes off stepping on a twig and snapped it. She silently cursed her luck as Chet heard the twig snap, he swiveled around quickly and spotted her running. He growled under his breath, taking two shots at her. One of the bullets manages to hit her in the right thigh, causing the girl to cry out and fall to the floor. Chet smirks and put his gun away, rushing over to get to her. But just as he got close, Yoongi appeared in front of Seo-Jae's crumpled form. He let out a loud growl, making Seo-jae freeze in fear. Chet stopped in his tracks, deciding to pull out his gun. Yoongi growled loudly, taking an offensive stance ready to attack him. But before Chet could take a shot, Jimin latched onto the older man's leg causing him to drop his gun. Jimin tore a chunk out of Chet's leg, making the grown man scream in pain. He kicked at Jimin with his free leg, taking off as fast in the opposite direction to get away from them.

"Thanks Jimin, but I could have handled that guy." Yoongi turned his head to the white wolf, whose fur was stained red. Jimin gave Yoongi a wolfie grin, barking at the panther who only rolled his eyes in response. "Hyung, are you okay?" Namjoon trotted over to the two, "I'll be fine. He didn't do anything. Jimin tore a chunk out of his leg before he could shoot me."

"Thank you." Seo-jae whispered, causing the three hybrids to look at her. "Thank you for saving me when you didn't have too.. Those men are evil. So thank you." She clambered to her feet but stumbled slightly as she felt a bit woozy from the blood she lost. Jimin, Yoongi and Namjoon's sense of smell is suddenly filled with the irony metallic scent, their eyes trailing to her thigh where blood was coming from.

"He shot her!?" Jimin exclaimed.

"Fucking bastards." Yoongi cursed. "We have to help her. She will not survive out here with a wound like that. Even if she made it out of the forest and got herself to a doctor, they would most likely call whoever is responsible for her. And it seems like she ran away-" Before Namjoon finished his conversation with Yoongi and Jimin, they heard a large thud. Their eyes flit over to the sound, the three shocked as they spot an unconscious Seo-jae just feet away from them.

"We're taking her back to the cabin. She needs medical treatment and now."
