Goombario's Log Day 50: Man, I can't believe I've been on this adventure for fifty days now. Who'd have thought that almost two months ago I would be going on the biggest adventure of my life to save the Mushroom Kingdom from Bowser. I must be the luckiest goomba in the entire world. Not only have I seen so many incredible places, but I've met a lot of great friends along the way as well. I'll never forget all the memories I've made with these guys, and I hope we can continue to make more of them as we look to bring down Huff n Puff.
Kooper's Log Day 45: Wow, another koopa of sorts is joining our party. He's technically a lakitu, but it's still cool to have another shelled individual such as him around. He seems really cool and someone I'd like to get to know better. Maybe Karry can introduce me to him.
Bombette's Log Day 44: Man, that sun looked really down just now. With all the clouds in the sky, this once happy, free-spirited sun is unable to shine. I know I don't like making all of these comparisons to myself with so many people recently, but I kind of feel for the guy. But I'm not just gonna mope around and do nothing about it. We're gonna find that Puff Puff Machine and get the sun back into the sky.
Parakarry's Log Day 39: Holy shell! I can't believe it! My friend Lakilester is here! Apparently he was woring for Huff n Puff and moved out to train under him, which explains why I couldn't find him. Thankfully, he saw the error of his ways and now wants to help us take him down and save the flowers. Welcome back Lester.
Bow's Log Day 28: Am I going crazy, or are these Amazy Dayzees becoming more and more common. We found not just 1, not 2, but THREE of these guys in the same spot. What. The. Fuzz. I'm starting to believe that luck is real, and that Mario has all of it.
Watt's Log Day 18: We found new shoes in the sewer. Now Mario can jump higher. I wish I could jump too. But I'm happy for Mario.
Captain Sushie's Log Day 12: I tell ye, these sewers hold some of the strangest things I've ever laid me eyes upon. Dark Koopas and Spinys be one thing, but a new pair of shoes? Never in me life would I think something like that be there.
-Laki- Spike's Log Day 1 (before meeting the crew): Oh man oh man, I'm really going to do this right now, am I? Look, focus. You have a job to do, and you don't want to look like a wuss infront of the other lakitus. You've got this. They are going down, no matter what.
after meeting with the sun
Goombario: We'd better stop that machine and get the sun back into the sky.
Kooper: Exactly. And nothin....
Sushie: shushes! Something's here. I can feel it in me gills.
everyone looks around everywhere
Bombette: whispers I think we're safe.
suddenly, two spiny shells are hurled towards Watt
Karry and Bow: gasps WATT! Look out! both proceed to kick and fan smack the spinys away respectively
Watt: AH! What the!?
chuckling from above
Lakitu 1: Well well well. We meet again. Again.
Karry: You guys, how do you plan on making my life miserable this time?
Lakitu 2: If you must know, we just got word from the boss saying it's time to kill you folks.
Spike: So why don't you make this easy on us and stand still.
Kooper: You think you can kill us?
Bombette: Ha! I'd like to say you try.
Bow: Jokes on you boys, but I'm already dead.
Watt: Yeah!
Sushie: This will be a tussle for the ages it will.
Goombario: And besides, we outnumber you 8-3.
Lakitu 1: Oh yeah, watch. the two lakitus throw down two spinys each Now who's outnumbered?
Goombario: Still you guys. 8-7 us.
Lakitu 2: Huh? Hey, Spike! You were supposed to throw your spinys down as well.
Spike: I was? Oh right. Let me do that right now. proceeds to chuck his spinys at Lakitu 1, knocking him to the ground. turns to face the group Well don't just stand there, fight!
Spike and the two lakitus brawl while the rest of the gang deals with the spinys
Karry: in the midst of fighting Hold on, is that? sees Spike starting to lose the fight, gasps! Lakilester! proceeds to Shell Shot one of the lakitus
Lakilester: wrestles the other one away Well, would you look at that. It's been a while hasn't it old friend. Nice to see you again
Parakarry.Karry: You too,
Lakilester.Lester: Uh, actually, that's not my...
Lakitu 1: Wait, hang on. Your real name is Lakilester? him and the other lakitu proceed to laugh hysterically
Lakitu 2: Lakilester! What a stupid name! Hahahaha..... him and the other lakitu proceed to get knocked out by an offscreen spiny shell
Karry: What the?
???: Maybe it is a dumb name, comes into frame but he's my dumb name. Isn't that right Lester?
Lester: Lakilulu, what did I tell you, my name is Spike now.
Lulu: Yeah no, it's not.
Lester: Whatever.
Goombario: Ok, um. Sorry to ruin the moment but can you guys tell us what's going on here?
Lulu: Oh right, where are our manners. I'm Lakilulu, and this is my boyfriend Lakilester. But Karry and I just call him Lester.
Karry: He's kind of hated his name since he was a kid.
Lester: Because it's so dumb. Anyway, I was told by Huff n Puff to stake you guys out and kill Mario when the time was right. But then I learned Karry was with you guys, and I may have had a change of heart. But that doesn't make me weak though. I can hold my own in battle.
Karry and Lulu: No you can't.
Lester: Shut up. Now, how's about we work together to take down Huff n Puff and save the flowers. What do you say?
Karry: I won't deny it. Welcome aboard Lester.
Lester: It's Spike.
Everyone else: No it's not.
Lester: Whatever.
Lulu: Oh, by the way, holds the two lakitus by their hair What should we do with these troublemakers?
Lester: Let me speak to them first. Hey! Listen here you two! I can excuse vandalizing a national park, but I draw the line at bullying my friend.
Watt: What did he just say?
Lester: Now you stay away from us or else it'll get worse for you guys.
Lakitu 1: I'm not scared of you!
Lakitu 2: Nope.
Lulu: Karry, what do you think we should do?
Karry: I know. Take their glasses off
Lester: Perfect. takes their glasses
Lakitu 1: Hey! Those are ours!
Lester: Correction, breaks them in half They 'were' yours.
Lakitu 2: You monster! We're telling this to Huff n Puff you hear!
Lulu: Good luck with that. throws them away
Kooper: What just happened?
Bombette: Everything.
