Goombario's Log Day 62: It's finally time for us to head to Star Haven, meet up with the Star Spirits, and save the day once and for all. The world will never be the same once we enter Bowser's Castle and defeat him once and for all. Everyone's counting on us, let's not let them down. 

Kooper's Log Day 57: We're so high above the ground it's almost frightening. But we can't be scared, we've got a world to save, and nothing is going to get in our way. 

Bombette's Log Day 56: I'm almost not even surprised Bruce sent me yet another love letter before we left. I just can't deal with this ri... Wait. There's something on the back? "P.S. Oh thank Goomba, I finally got it out of my system. I knew that if I never wrote this letter I'd never be able to move on. I now understand I've been a terrible person towards you and only wish that you come back safe once Bowser is defeated. I hope whoever you decide to call your own treats you well and respect your feelings as well. I'll be fine on my own. Signed, Bruce" Huh. I guess some people can change. 

Parakarry's Log Day 51: So Wise Wisterwood sent us a letter today. And now I have even more questions than before. Where is he getting the paper to send/even write a letter? 

Bow's Log Day 40: Such a bright starry night out today. A sense of peace seems to have returned to Star Haven thanks to our efforts. But it won't be perfect until the Star Rod is back where it belongs. 

Watt's Log Day 30: I got a letter from my mother today. She was pretty worried about me, but I'm ok now. Though, I can't remember how I ended up in Shy Guys Toy Box. Hmm? 

Captain Sushie's Log Day 24: Aha! At last! It took me many attempts but I believe I've finally mastered me Tidal Wave move once more. Ah, it brings back this old Cheep Cheep's fighting spirit once more. 

Lakilester's Log Day 13: So, I just got a letter from my childhood rival Flight. And it looks like he wants to kill me. I mean, there's no way he's going to be able to find us, right? Right? ............................. 

Toad Town near Castle Gate 

Lester: ....... RIGHT!?? 

Karry: Lester! Why the shouting? We're right here. 

Lester: Oh, uh, sorry about that. It's nothing. 

Goombario: Is it though? 

Lester: ... Ok. Listen, I may have just received a death threat in the mail. 

Bombette: From who? 

Lester: Karry I think you know who. 

Karry: realization hits Oh no. He's not, like, close is he? 

Lester: Of course not. What are the odds he's just here in town? 

the sunlight instantly turns dark 

Watt: Guys. Where's the sun? 

All the members look up at the sky, and soon see dozens of spiny's hurdling towards them 

All: screams! 

They try to run but the spiny's surround the ground members while Lakitu's circle around the flying members 

Sushie: This be very bad. 

Kooper: I mean on the bright side it can't get any worse right? 

Lack: Heeeeeeeeeeyyyyyyyyy. What's uuuuuuuuuuuuupppp. 

Two: It's uuuuuuuuuuusssssss. 

All party members: STOP!!!! 

F: Well, well, well. If it isn't Lakilester. How good it is to see you again. 

Lester: Flight. What do you want? 

Flight: Isn't it obvious? I'm here to kill you. I went easy on you when we were kids, but now things have changed. And in honor of Huff n Puff, you must die. 

Watt: Wait, that voice. Why do I remember that voice? 

Lack: Hey boss. Didn't you get an order from some Shy Guy General to capture a Lil' Sparky? 

Flight: Oh yeah, you're right. You must be the Lil' Sparky I stuffed into a lantern and handed over to General Guy. 

Two: I mean, it must have been pretty easy to get the jump on a two year old! 

Watt: Oh your dead you broozers! 

Flight: Go ahead, you can't defeat us. 

Goombario: Guys. I have a plan. Sushie, you and I use our Tidal Bonk move to stun Flight, Lack, and Two. While they're distracted, Karry and Bow will use their Air Smack move to incapacitate the Lakitus. Bombette and Kooper will use their Fire Bomb move to deal with the spinys, and Watt and Lester will use their Thunder Cloud move to deliver a final punch to them. 

Lester: Uh, it's now called Electro Cloud. But yeah that sounds perfect. Hey! Flight! 

Flight: What is it? 

Lester: I have one thing I have to say to you. What the heck is that!?! points past him 

Flight turns away giving Goombario and Sushie to use Tidal Bonk and stun him, Lack, and Two. Karry and Bow fly into position with Karry circling the Lakitus trapping them in a centrifugal force while Bow slaps them all with her fan at fast speeds. Bombette charges up Power Bomb and Kooper dashes into her with Fire Shell to create a massive explosion taking out the spinys. Finally, Watt charges up Lester's cloud to unleash a final shockwave across the field, bringing all enemies to their knees, including Flight 

Karry: picks Flight up by his hair 

Lester: So, who's weak now huh? 

Flight: I hate you. 

Lester: takes his sunglasses Say, how much are these things worth? 

Flight: More than your life punk! 

Lester: snaps them in half Well then consider me heartless. 

Flight: You're an amphole man! 

Watt: Well you know what they say, you are what you eat. 

everyone is stunned silent 

Watt: Wow. You were right Lester, they would be speechless. 

Lester: A-any way. Now listen here. You and your friends leave me and my friends alone, and I won't throw you into Koopa Bros. Dungeon for the rest of your life. Now scram! 

Bow: That's right. And if you don't, I'll make sure you and your friends have nightmares for the rest of your lives! 

Karry: And maybe I'll put a pipe bomb in your mail box! Actually, no I would never do that it's illegal, but you know what I mean! 

Bombette: No need. I can blow him up right now if you want. 

Flight: Ok! Ok! I yield! Everyone RETREAT!!! 

all of Flight's forces spread out 

Karry: And don't come back you here! 

Kooper: That, was, Awesome! Let's do it again! A-and by again, I mean, on Bowser. Not, never mind let's just get to Star Haven. 

Goombario: Agreed.
