Episode 24

Goombario's Log Day 24: Yikes, this Tubba Blubba guy is no joke. After a quick detour back to Toad Town to see Luigi and get his autograph for Koopa Koot, spoke to Merlon about his dream and got a new badge, oh, and fought Jr. Troopa again, we set out for Gusty Gulch. Once there, we saw the boo residents who live there and watched in horror as Stanley the ghost was eaten alive by Tubba Blubba. shivers That's gonna give me nightmares for a while. But we have to stop him, not just for the star spirit, but for all of the boos as well. 

Kooper's Log Day 19: Wow, Lady Bow wasn't kidding about Tubba Blubba was she. That monster just ate a boo right in front of our eyes. Stanley, I hardly knew you but it's so sad to see you die like that. Although, he's already dead, so, does that make him dead, dead? I'm putting too much thought into this. 

Bombette's Log Day 18: So, time to put my plan into action to make Bow my friend. I've heard that the best way to make new friends is by asking them about who they are. What's their family like, what are their hobbies, do they like getting down and dirty, or being prim and proper? I don't know how this is going to play out, but trust me, Bow and I will become best friends no matter what. 

Parakarry's Log Day 13: For the love of goombas, where is Franky!? I've searched this entire mansion trying to find that ghost and I can't find him anywhere. You don't think, he got eaten by Tubba Blubba? shudders I don't know what I'd do if my patron got eaten alive. I'd never be able to fulfill my postman's duty of getting everyone's letters to one another. Where are you Franky?! 

Bow's Log Day 2: What does Mario think he's doing? This man decided to walk all the way back to Toad Town and visit his brother before heading to Gusty Gulch. I really should have chained the front gate shut so he couldn't leave. But anyway, once we made it to the village, we learned that Herbert had already been taken by Tubba Blubba. And worse, Stanley got eaten in front of my own eyes. That fiend! When I find his weakness, I'll slap him so hard all of his teeth will fall out! 

Jr. Troopa's Fight summarized 

Jr.: grows wings 

Kooper: He flies now! 

Bombette: He flies now!? 

Goombario: He flies now!!! 

Jr.: Ahahaha, prepare to face my,proceeds to get destroyed by Mario and Karry 

meanwhile in Gusty Gulch 

Bombette: So, Bow. I mean, Lady Bow. Since you're joining us on this adventure, I'd figure we'd get to know each other better. 

Bow: I'd rather not. 

Bombette: Come on. I just want to get to know you better. How about this, I'll say a fun fact about me, and then you say a fun fact about you? 

Bow: If it means you will leave me alone, then fine. Spill it. 

Bombette: Ok. So, I used to work for the Koopa Bros., but then they became super mean and threw me and my friends in the dungeon. But thanks to Mario, we managed to escape and defeat the Koopa Bros. 

Bow: Fascinating. I guess. 

Bombette: Alright, your turn. 

Bow: Fine. If you must know, my family is rather interesting. My grandfather was a fire and brimstone preacher, my mother was a genius, my father commanded respect. All of them were great, but then they're my uncle. He can go fuzz off. 

Bombette: What's wrong with your uncle? 

Bow: He's always going on about, 'Oh look at me and my shiny crown. I'm going to take over the Mushroom Kingdom one day' Plus recently, he's been such a nuisance after Boolossus was captured by some mad scientist or whatever. I don't like speaking with him nor mentioning him at family gatherings. You wouldn't relate to that. 

Bombette: Oh trust me, I may not have an annoying uncle, but I have an annoying quote on quote, 'boyfriend'. That guy cannot take a hint for the life of him. I'm not interested so just go fuzz off! 

Bow: giggles I see. Maybe I'll pay him a visit and give him a good slap for ya. 

Bombette: That would be great. Maybe then he'd shut up. 

both laugh 

Bow: ... You know, you're not half bad girl. I, wouldn't mind hanging out with you again when this is done. 

Bombette: Really? Awesome! But um, I've still got a big adventure to go on with Mario. We've still got four more star spirits after this one so it might be a while before we can meet up again. 

Bow: Yeah. I see. contemplating (Do I really want to go with them? Bootler would probably upset if I left. Agh. I'll think about after we stop Tubba Blubba.)
