Goombario's Log Day 16: We have entered Dry Dry Ruins for the first time in search of the second star spirit. Once we entered, we were met with the mysterious voice of Tutankoopa; Remorseless king of the desert. I'd normally be scared out of my mind by this, but honestly with the sun being blocked and exploring this cool tomb, I am a-okey with spirits. While down here we fought Mummy-Pokeys, Stone Chomps, and Swoopers, found two gems and an artifact, and upgraded Mario's hammer too. Hopefully these will come in handy to find the star spirit.
Kooper's Log Day 11: I'm not scared, I'm not scared, I'm not scared. This place is not scary. Definitely not scary at all. There are no evil spirits lurking in these ruins. Even that ominous voice I keep hearing is just a figment of my imagination. I'm not coping right now, I am a brave koopa who's not aafjivoabnvoanvioav.... Screw off Bombette! Don't startle me when I'm writing! Anyway, I think that's enough for today.
Bombette's Log Day 10: Ha ha! I just gave Kooper a real scare today. That koopa is such a wuss I tell ya. Anyhoo, while exploring the ruins we ran into some Stone Chomps that I was able to blow. Seriously, blowing up enemies on a first strike will never get old I tell ya. Oh yeah, we also found a hidden badge in the ruins called the Slow Go badge. It makes Mario walk really slow and makes him unable to spin. It didn't cost any points to equip, but apparently this badge is useful in some way. We'll see, I guess.
Parakarry's Log Day 5: Wow, these ruins are incredible. I can't imagine what this place was like so long ago. How did mail-koopas even navigate this place anyway? There's so many corridors and enemies from all sides attacking us here. I mean, I haven't really got to attack anything as of yet, but hey I got an upgrade while we were down here. So hey, that's something, I guess. sigh I just want to help fight.
