To feel the utter betrayal from who
you thought was your soulmate.
The pain you endure,
crying while your body shakesNumb at first, you're in disbelief.
Looking back on all the times he'd leave. You'll scream out of anger.
Ask yourself how you didn't see it sooner. With your broken heart, you
grab the nearest bottle of alcohol.
You'll cry even harder
while ripping pictures off the wallsYou'll scream out cries asking why.
All these painful feelings,
have you thinking you'd rather die. You'll yank and throw all his clothes
out of the closet just to ruin them.
No one to tell, since you were isolated from friends. The pain in your chest becomes unbearable.
You'll fall to the floor and start drinking
until this nightmare becomes unknowable.Slowly, the lonely meets the numb.
You'll convince yourself that you're so fucking done.Think about lighting a match, just set fire.
But you're stronger than you know
And that's not how you're wiredSome day someone will treasure you.
Hold on tight because
he's out there somewhere searching for you.
