An empty underestimated feeling.
Her emotions up and down always going.
The thoughts she has, run wild never slowing.
Things are difficult for her, but it isn't showing.
Mostly she's terrified of the not knowing.
What if she's the only one who's falling?
Medications help her manic episodes with stalling,
but when her depression hits she just feels like dying.
Her mask she carries to help her with hiding.
Why does her mind work like this,
always questioning?
She tries and tries to be better, but mostly failing.
The war she wages against herself
leaves her heart crumbling.
Death by lyrics to help find relating.
The battle of mental illness is always never ending.
