When I first set out to write this chapter, it was meant to address the fallout from the allegations that emerged after Season One with Percy. I had planned to minimize Xavier's role, portraying him as quietly as possible. But in the two years since, a new perspective has surfaced, and it casts the entire situation in a harsh, sobering light.

The removal of Xavier Thorpe from the show, after everything that transpired, still stings deeply. It was a decision that, while made in the heat of the moment, ended up altering the trajectory of the story in ways that are impossible to undo. It hurts the narrative, it hurts the fans, and, most of all, it hurts the character. But what else can be done? In this story—and if I continue with Season Two—Xavier will return. He'll reclaim the space he was always meant to occupy. He'll be as central as he should have been from the start.

Too often, people are wrongfully accused because of the weight of their name, their status. And it's been clear to me that some take advantage of that power. It's envy. It's jealousy. But we can't just rush to take sides and automatically assume the accusations are truth. We have to look at the entire picture. In cases like these, there's more to the story than what's seen on the surface.

Anyways, the next update will probably be tomorrow. Thanks for your time, see you then.
