Chapter Nineteen

I'm still trying to figure out exactly how this all transpired as I walked up the staircase and into the bathroom off of Joe's room. Are we like a couple, are we just still friends I don't really know. I turned the knob on the tub, and it began to fill. I tossed my shirt to the ground and slipped in, the jets are wonders for the pregnancy aches. I just wanted a little time before I had to get ready for my ultrasound. I looked over and a small remote sat on the table next to the tub, I grabbed it and pressed it. Suddenly the sound of Boys to Men filled the room. On bended knee my favorite. I just laid-back relaxing enjoying the peace when I heard the latch of the door and Joey appeared a second later.

"Jesus Joey knock much."

"What?"

"I'm naked here....."

"Yeah and? I've had my mouth on almost every part of you how can you be shy now?"

"We were drunk and horny...."

"And last night we weren't drunk, but you were horny."

"Oh my god shut up! what you doing in here anyways?"

"Had to piss."

"You couldn't do that in any of the other three bathrooms?"

He walked over kneeling next to the tub; he was so close I could feel his breath on my neck.

"I like this one."

"Why is that?"

"Because you're in here and undressed and all I wanted to do is this...."

He pushed his mouth onto mine with such a heat I moaned as he bit my bottom lip before kissing me again.

He pulled back and smiled,

"Wow!"

"Wow huh, why don't you finish in here and I can make you say wow before we go." 

I wanted too so bad, but I don't even know at this moment what exactly we are.

"We can't"

"Why can't we?"

"Joey, I don't even know what we are. I just can't hop in bed with you."

"What you mean you don't even know what we are? You're my baby I kind of figured we established that downstairs."

"Ok if that's how it is, tell me something and I need you to be honest. It's the only way I think I can put any reservations to rest."

"ok.....?"

"Are you with me because of this baby?"

"No why would you even ask that question considering I literally just confessed to you that it was always you."

"Really...."

"I wouldn't lie to you. Now come on why don't you get out we need to leave soon." 

I see him smile and head for the door,

"I'll be downstairs."

I watched him walk out the door and I quickly finished up. When I walked down the stairs I found him on his laptop on the couch. I dropped down next to him,

"Hey what you doing?"

He turned the computer to me, and my eyes widened.

"Joey your baby shopping.....?"

"Yeah, why not, it's only a matter of time before there here, I better start doing a room for them."
