Sophia POV

I lay on the bed as soon as Jake leaves Hannah and me alone. It was weird to be alone with a practical stranger. I knew she was Emma’s friend so she was trustworthy and since Jake was part of her pack he was trustworthy automatically. Still I was glad to be together with Hannah I wasn’t used to being alone. Being a female I always had one or two guys from the pack as my guards. I knew Hannah couldn’t do much to protect me but her company would be enough. I was still a little shock from earlier and I didn’t want to be left alone really.

“So… are werewolves always scary like that?” Hannah asks as she sits on the bed next to me.

“No… well… the roughs I guess are scary” I shrug unsure how to explain it.

“Roughs?” she asks eyeing me unsure.

“A rough is a wolf who isn’t part of a pack… they basically don’t follow any rules. They like to fight, steal and… rape” I say swallowing hard thinking about earlier.

“I was scared…” Hannah confesses.

“I knew my brother wouldn’t let anything happen to us. I mean Emma was there he had to protect her” I answer with out hesitation.

“Because they are mates?” Hannah asked taking me slightly by surprise I didn’t really know how much she knew of us but now I had assumed Emma had filled her in on the way.

“Yeah wolfs are very protective especially if they are Alphas like my brother” I say with a slight smile I was happy he had found Emma. I still felt a little jealous I wanted to find my mate too.

“What is an Alpha? I think Emma said her grandpa is Alpha” Hannah says with a slight frown as if trying to remember.

“It’s basically the leader of the Pack they are stronger and most of the time wiser” I say smiling remembering of my dad. I wondered if I could go home tomorrow it was much too late for that now.

“Oh… he is so hot” Hannah says and I roll my eyes.

“Every girl thinks his hot… well werewolves are usually hot in genera” I say with a smirk. “All muscles!”

“I love the sound of that” Hannah says licking her lips.

“Hey weren’t you going to take a bath?” I ask her.

“Nah I just said that because of Emma… I knew she was going to get worried if I didn’t say something like that” Hannah says lying back on the bed.

“Oh ok so… you guys are good friends huh? I wish I had friends… its hard to make friends when I have guards with me all the time” I admit feeling rather lonely all of a sudden.
