Emma POV

After a bout an hour of talking and arguing, I just walked away from the game room. I don’t think I could ever be in the game room with out recalling all the new information that my brain was now trying to process. I felt panic rising within me and I knew I needed a place with lots of air and open for me to think or perhaps a very small hiding hole would be enough. Either way I was running through the whole mansion I didn’t know what to open and where to go because I honestly didn’t know how many people lived in this place.

After a while I found my feet had taken me out and in to the back yard and I was soon running away from the house. The more I ran the fresher the air became and I began to calm down. I stumbled around the forest till I found a clearing and sat upon a fallen tree log. I breathed in and out as I took in the magical feeling that was emitted from the forest. It was a truly beautiful spot there were small wild flowers growing all around and the trees were huge and green.

I had to wrap my mind around the fact that maybe someday I would turn in to a werewolf some of the guys argued that I was going to turn while others argued that I probably wouldn’t because female werewolves were hardly ever born so perhaps the wolf blood would be too diluted by my other hiccups of abilities. I couldn’t help but feel my whole body shudder under the stress this situation had put me through.   Then I realize I was shuddering from cramps?! Great as if things couldn’t get any worst this goes and happens. Now Mother Nature decides to come? I honestly didn’t even know where the hell I was and I wanted to. I wanted to go back home and talk to Hannah although knowing her she would beat me up for leaving a house full of hot guys.

Apparently only Josh was related to me everyone else was just part of the pack. Josh and I both had alpha blood which basically meant we could rule the pack in the future; something I didn’t want at all. Bossing people around was more of a Hannah thing but he said my father had to take over before that could even happen. Since my dad was the oldest son and I had one uncle which was Josh’s dad. The older members of the pack were out on there jobs some doing rounds, which meant they were caring for the territory, while others were with my father and Grandpa as protection.

My cousin filled me in on the whole soul mate thing. Apparently everyone in the world has one but whether you find your other half is up to lady luck, so far I’ve heard nothing good about that bish. Christ was supposed to be my one and only but my cousin wasn’t fully convinced on that. Vampires rarely took humans as there mates and much less werewolves because females are rare enough to start the war over. Everyone in the house voiced there disgust for vampires because just a few centuries ago the vampires had won the war against werewolves and now they held the highest rank.

I guess there are ranks of power and it depends on which group you belong to. At the very top are vampires then werewolves and witches who were apparently still fighting to be number 1. Every other magical creature had very few numbers which made them lower ranked but of course all the way at the bottom was humans. Then there was me… a mix of quite a few things which meant I belong to no ones group but I had been accepted by my grandpa’s pack.

The more I thought about it the crazier everything sounded but after more stress waves from cramps rippled through my body I decided it was best for me to come to terms with it all. If I ever turned in to a werewolf I would at least have people supporting me. If I ended up becoming some sort of magical witch, which I secretly hoped would happen, I would accept that.
