Emma POV

I hugged Hannah so hard I thought I was going to break her then I let her go and hugged Leo just as hard “Hey careful there” he says ruffling my hair gently. He looked down at me with admiration and suddenly my wolf was chanting something but I ignored her. I took in his appearance still hot and sexy he was wearing a plaid blue, gray and white shirt with tight faded jeans and boots. Hannah on the other hand was very stylish wearing tall boots tight skinny jeans and with a gray coat.

“How did you find me?” I ask not letting go of Leo I needed him I needed his sent in my nose it was like warm honey and I wanted bask in his warmth body. In his arms I remembered that one day not long ago I had been normal. He still thought of me that way as a normal teenage girl.

“That was me… thank you very much” Hannah says with a proud grin. “Oh Em I’ve missed you and when your phone calls stopped almost a week ago I went in to full gear and then Leo told me you tried contacting me and it was important so… I tracked the phone you called me from and here we are!”

“Hey I did a job too! I drove all night to get to you” Leo says kissing my forehead gently. “Oh god Emi I’ve missed you” I sigh and bask in the nickname he was using for me.

“Em who’s the hotty you were with?” Hannah asks and as soon as she says that I growl knowing she was talking about my mate.

“My-“ I hear a loud growl behind me and soon I feel a strong arm wrapped around my waist protectively pulling me back.

“Don’t touch her casually!” Ethan’s sweet husky voice booms.

“Ethan… its ok… they are my friends” I say struggling to get out of his grip. My wolf was really confused she wanted to be in Ethan’s arms but she also wanted to be in Leo’s.

“Em did you just growl at me?” Hannah says frowning.

“Sorry… long story… this here is Ethan… his like… my…” I couldn’t get the words out not when Leo was watching me he had a hurt expression like he already knew what I was trying to say.

“Mate” Ethan says proudly.

“Mate as in friends?” Hannah asks confused at the term.

“Hmm no… look I want to explain it to you guys properly but first do you know how my parents are?” I ask Hannah.

“They were let out of the hospital a while back… I found your grandfathers estate you asked me to figure out his name and find his property over the voice mail” she says and her eyes widen and practically drool at someone behind her. “I hope you don’t have claim on the hotty behind you…”
