Task force 141 (y/n x Ghost+mw2-cod)

New recruit

I was lying in bed when I got a message from an unknown number on my phone, I hesitantly opened it and saw "I'm outside in a black jeep, pack your bags and get in." I paused for a moment before realising it was the 141 task force. I quickly jumped up and packed my bag, saying goodbye to my parents and pet before running out the door. I immediately saw the large vehicle and walked over, the man in the front instructed me to put my bags in the back so I did as he said and then hopped in the passenger seat. I sat there quietly, unsure of what to say and slightly nervous about my first impression.

"Hey kid" the man in the drivers seat said as he looked over to me with a warm smile and patted my shoulder. "Your y/n, right?" He said softly, he had a slight British accent and a soft smile. I nodded and gave him a slight smile back. "Well nice to meet you, y/n" he said as he began to drive towards the base. The drive was quite apart from the occasional remark my the man, it wasn't to long- maybe 40 minutes before we arrived at the base. He stepped out and took one of my bags and I took the other before he led me to my room where I'd be staying. "Make yourself at home kid, there'll be a meeting in the main room in 15 minutes to introduce everyone and the place to you" he said smiling sweetly as he put down my bag and left my room, shutting the door gently behind himself. I began to unpack my things and before long I realised that it was time for the meeting.

I quickly went out of my room and looked down the corridor for a minute before realising I had no clue where the main room was. I stood there nervous for a moment before I felt a large cold hand get placed on my shoulder from behind, immediately I flinched and I shiver went down my spine when I heard the person talk. "Are you lost, miss?" The man said, his voice was deep and rough with a tick British accent. I was frozen still for a moment before I comprehend what the man had said and nodded. "Where are you meant the be?" The man said again but somehow this time it sounded softer, as if trying to imply
that it meant no harm. "The main room.." I said hesitantly as I took a deep breath, trying not to seem nervous but I wasn't the best at hiding emotions. "Ah, just follow me then" the man spoke again softly as he gently passed me and began walking down the corridor. Now I could finally see him properly since he was no longer behind me, he was very tall, wearing a black hoodie and dark brown cargos and was wearing black balaclava with a skull print on it. I quickly followed him down the corridor, walking close behind him.

Once we made it to the main room I could see that there were 4 men there waiting on chairs including the man who had driven me here. "Ah y/n, take a seat" said the man who had driven me here as he patted the empty seat near him. I nodded and sat down as the man in the balaclava sat down on the other side of me. "Oh your a pretty one, ay?" Said one of the men smirking as he looked at me, his voice has a very thick Scottish accent. All of the eyes
in the room darted to him surprised by what he said but I looked away embarrassed. A second later the man sitting next to his kicked his shin and glared at him as if silently saying that he should shut up. "Ah shur t'was just a complement" he said looking down, his tone slightly sad and his smirk gone. "Anyway team, this is y/n. She was in the military and has been sent here for a year or hopefully longer" said the man who had driven me here. "I'm Captain Price, the leader of task force 141. Now can everyone please introduce themselves to her?" He spoke again as he looked around at everyone making sure they were all paying attention, they all nodded. "I'm sergeant Soap MacTavish, but you can just call me Soap" said the man who had called me pretty at the beginning. "I'm Alejandro" said the man with a very slight Latin American accent who had kicked Soap's shin to get him to shut up. "I'm Kyle but you can call me Gaz" said the guy sitting next to Alejandro. "I'm Simon Riley, but please call me Ghost." Said the man with the tick British accent who helped me find my way to this room, as he looked down at me I gave him a slight smile and beneath his mask I could tell he too gave me a smile in return.

"So does anyone have any questions for y/n?" Said Price once the men were finished introducing themselves. Soap nodded "is she single?" He asked as Price stared back at him, i hesitantly nodded and Gaz and Soap smirked. "Hey. Your on thin ice, MacTavish." The Captain stated sternly. "How old are you?" Asked Alejandro, breaking the silence. "20" I said as I looked down and fidgeted with my fingers. The room was completely silent for a minute but it felt like an eternity until finally Ghost broke it. "So how many years of training do you have?" He asked softly as he looked down at me but my own eyes were fixated on the floor. "4 years" I said quietly, not really wanting to speak and wishing Price would dismiss the meeting already. "y/n, you can leave now if you'd like and we'll think of a codename for you" said Price as he patted my shoulder, i quickly nodded with no hesitation and left to my room.

I checked my phone and saw that it was already 7:30pm so i got Changed into a hoodie my older brother had given me before he moved away, since I always slept in it because it made me feel safe. I was lying in bed at around nine when I heard a knock on my door. I thought for a moment before I heard the knock again and got up to check what it was. I opened the door slowly and saw Ghost standing there so I opened the door fully. I smiled warmly when I saw him, happy that it was him and not someone else. "Here, Captain told me to give these to you" he said gently as he took a step in and held out a uniform with gear and dog tags. "Oh, thanks Ghost" I say happily as I take them from him and place them on the end of my bed. " may i, y/n?" He asks gesturing asking if he could come into my room, I nodded and took a step back. He stepped in and closed the door carefully behind him. "Hey, don't let the others get you down. You got some good potential, kid" he said quietly as he leaned down closer to me. "Thanks Ghost.." I said quietly as I hugged him gently which slightly caught him off guard but he hugged me back softly and said good night before leaving quietly.
