I opened my eyes slowly, it felt like there was a heavy weight on the side on my head, pressing my face against a cold damn surface. As I looked up I came to figure that I was in some sort of cellar, stone drippy walls and chains along the flood, binding me to my position.  I tried to get up but just tripped over one of my shackles. Where the fuck was I?? As I knelt there I looked down, there was a large gash across my stomach. I didn't feel anything like the pain from it but I just chocked that up to the extremely cold temperature of this place. What felt like seconds ago i was falling asleep after taking with Price and now I'm here?? Not only here, but seemingly injured badly as well. As I got up slowly, doing my best not to put any tension or pressure on my stomach, I clung to the slippery cobble next to me so I wouldn't fall over my shackles again. The wall was visibly wet, to my guess probably either the water that seemed to be in a constant state of dripping from it or maybe the odd, dark green algae that was embezzled between the stone bricks. The place really did look like a prison chamber from the 1800s.

As I took my hand back from the wall I looked down at my hand that had been touching it; the algae had gotten under my nails which physically made me gag, not sure how but it also seemed to be creeping up my fingers but I presumed it was most likely just my eyes placing tricks on me since it was so dark. I got up slowly and then began to cautiously make my way across the room, being carful as not to slip. There didn't seem to be a door or anything to keep me in there and instead there was just a arch, made from the same material as the walls. I quietly moved out the small entrance whilst walking on my toes slowly as not to slip. Beyond the doorway was another room, somehow it seemed to be darker than my own. I squinted my eyes as I adjusted to the new ambiance of the room but as I stepped it a harsh iron smell hit my nostrils, I knew that smell all to well, blood.

Immediately my senses heightened and I felt on edge, I looked around the room and saw nothing until I looked down. On the ground was Simon. Dead. He was slouched down against one of the walls lifelessly, a wound in the centre of his chest and a large cut across his neck, specifically his jugular vain and there was still blood oozing out of it at a slow uncanny rate. I was frozen as I looked at him, my heart shattered into pieces as tears streamed down my cheeks. I fell to my knees and clutched him in my shaky hands as I sobbed, his dark blood spreading to my fingers as they moved to his face to get one last look at him. His balaclava was still on but I was to scared to removed it. His eyes were dark and his pupils were wide, no shine or life was left in that body of what had been my lover.

My lunged forward in my bed as I awoke from that awful nightmare, laying in a pool of cold sweat that had now drenched my clothes and bandages. My heart was racing and my breathing was fast and uneven. I didn't care if I wasn't allowed to leave the hospital room yet, i needed to see Ghost. I got up, still in the medical night gown and began walking quickly down the hall until I got into the main base where I then went some the hall towards Ghost's room. The entire base was silent apart from the sound of my feet almost running against the floor. Once i got to his room I knocked frantically, i didn't care if I woke the others anymore I genuinely wanted to see him again, Alive preferably. It felt like my heart was about to beat out of my chest as I waited for a response, an anxious feeling overwhelming my body and mind as I began to feel a lump in my throat.

Finally he opened the door, his eyes peering out from between the crack in the door at me. This time his eyes looked full of life and expression which quickly made me force the door open before he could open it himself. I hugged him tightly, just happy that he was alive. I couldn't stop a few tears escaping as I buried my face deep into his chest. I could feel his body tense at first but quickly relaxed when he at least somewhat gathered an understanding and of this situation. I could hear him trying to hush and comfort me as his large arms swooped around me like a seat belt, pressing me firmly against his body. "Why are you here? What's wrong? Are you ok?" He whispered quietly in my ear, trying to understand why I was here and also probably why I was crying.

"I thought you died!-" I said as I looked up into his eyes, he seemed to have a worried expression hidden beneath his balaclava but I could still see it in his eyes. "Shh.. I'm right here, love. Don't worry." He said as he simply just hugged me again and pushed my head back against his chest. "Why don't you just stay here tonight, hm?" I nodded in response and his tight grip loosened on me allowing both of us to head over to his bed. I layed down on top of the covers but he quickly pulled me under and added an extra blanket on top for good measure. His hand wrapped around my waist to keep me close to him, somehow just being in his grip made me forget about all the bad and fucked up shit that was happening right now.
