XXIX - A King and His Queen.

(Finale)

Izana's Pov

Its been well over a year since I re-entered Y/N's life, and it is finally happening. She said yes.

I glance over my reflection in the mirror, tightening my red tie and patting down my red blazer. Kakucho bursts into the room, slightly irritated. "Izana, your bride is going to come out soon, you need to be ready at the alter. Now."

"Okay I'm coming, just give me a second. You're way too stressed for a grooms man, Kakucho." I wave my hand towards him, gesturing for him to leave. Ironically, he is always the one bossing me around when it comes to being on-time. 

I'm however a very punctual man.

Kakucho leaves the dressing room as I pull my phone out of my pocket. Letting it ring a few times before the other line picks up 'Have you got everything ready?' I ask, not even considering to greet the recipient. After a few muffled confirmations, I hang up. I'm going to make sure today is perfect. 

I examine myself in the mirror one more time, making sure I look good. Even though I know I always do. 

I spin around and head towards the exit. Today is the day I make everything the way it should be, happy.

Y/N's Pov

I look gorgeous! 

I twirl around letting my large red wedding gown flow. It had some white accents along the sides. Izana requested to have a red-themed wedding, I wasn't in a position to decline even though I was slightly reluctant at first, It seems his vision for this wedding wasn't so bad. Everything turned out looking great.

'So...does this mean you're going to be Y/N Kurokawa now?' Chifuyu, who sat at the edge of the room asked. Following up after the question, he continues 'I mean, It's not terrible but I think Matsuno sounds better.' He mutters under his breath. 

I smile at him in the mirror, I'm not sure how to reply. I don't want to upset my brother, but I don't want to lie either. 

He stands up and walks over to me, taking my hand into his. 'It's time. I'm going to walk you down the isle.' 

My heart races as I enter the room, sight flooded with multiple faces looking right at me. I spot Ran and Rindou amid the crowd, huge smiles painted on their faces as they watch me make my way down the alter. I haven't seen the Haitani brothers in a long while. They both wore matching suits, their fashion never fails them.

On the other side of the room I spot Chifuyu's friends, whispering and beaming with huge smiles. One friend in particular, Takemichi, could be seen balling his crystal blue eyes out as a his girlfriend Hina pats him on the back. Chifuyu like's to gossip to me about them often. Despite her boyfriends surprisingly emotional state, the peach-haired girl maintained enough attention to watch the ceremony in awe. 

Behind us both, Aneria giggles, throwing roses all over the floor. 

And then, right in front of me, stands my partner. The lover in question stands tall and proud, watching me ascend up the small staircase towards him. The suits red fabric wraps around his tan skin gracefully. The colour red has always naturally looked good on him, rather so perfectly.  His platinum eyelashes flutter as his lilac eyes stare at me. Earrings make a clicking sound as he tilts his head letting his pale hair flutter to the side. Letting a small smile grow across his face.
