Chapter 32: House Salvation and House of Light

A/n: I don't own destiny, I'm sorry for the short chapter I just wanted to end on a cliffhanger like this is all. I'll make the next chapter soon in compensation though.

Jason POV:

'This sucks'

Me, Eramis, Praksis, Kridis, and Phylaks have been waiting at Cadmus ridge at the coordinates Eramis and Mithrax have agreed to meet. It's been just about 10 minutes and there's no sign of him. I've just been making snowballs and throwing them at the wall for the past 5 minutes.

I've also spoken to Praksis a bit and while in my boredom I got looked up Eliksni records and found out that humans and Eliksni are capable of preproduction... good to know.

I get a small idea and I smirk behind my helmet. I bend down and pick up the snow and compact it into a small snowball. I look to see Eramis discussing something with Kridis and they both have there backs turned so I aim and throw the snowball at the back of Eramises head.

As soon as I let go of it I turn around and start kicking snow around acting like I did nothing. I look to my right to see Phylaks looking at me confusingly. I shake my head to her telling her not to tell Eramis. I hear Praksis exhale in a very light chuckle before I feel something hit the back of my head.

I feel 2 snowballs hit me in the back of the head knocking me off balance with how much force was out into the throw. I look back at Eramis to see her have remnants of snow in both of her right hands. I'm about to say something back to her before I hear the sound of a ketch approaching. The mood quickly get serious as everyone stands behind as Eramis steps forward to the ketch that's now hovering in front of us.

Form the Ketch comes that same Eliksni I saw before. He steps down and both him and Eramis stare at each other.

Mithrax: "Eramis"

Eramis:" Mithrax"

There voices were pure venom and I could feel the tension in the air. For a moment like this I will shut up and just watch.

Mithrax: we are here to discuss a truce, let's begin"

Eramis:" Let's"

Eramis then creates a table made of stasis and gets on one end of it while Mithrax gets on the other.

Mithrax:" If you wish for us to leave I will need some compensation"

Eramis:" speak... what is it?"

Mithrax:" If the house of Light is to grow with the tower we will need something... important... we need the guardian"

I wasn't going to do a love triangle or arranged marriage story cause I thought that would be stupid since they hate each other. Thank you @Derriquethefreak for suggesting not to do that.
