"Don't give it her."

"I wasnt going to." Alicent agreed.

"Then why havent you burned it yet?" Tommen countered.

"What are you two whispering about?" Davina questioned coming up behind them. "You miss us to stay gone for too long," Davina added smiling back at Tommen.

"And I came just in time." Tommen agreed.

"You did... what's that?"

"Nothing." Alicent declared her voice rising an octave as she hid the scroll behind her back.

"Really convincing." Tommen murmured.

"Give it." Davina agreed holding out her hand.

"It's stupid. Love notes... Ser Criston wrote me a love note." Alicent offered.

"That was a lame lie and we both know it." Davina remarked.

"I know. I panicked."

"And even if we werent what we are, hell I would still want to see such a thing."  Davina added. "Criston writing love notes." Davina chuckled out.

"I know." Alicent agreed.

"And I would hope you wouldnt still be calling him SER if you were ka-noodling." Davina countered snapping her fingers and Alicent put the scroll in her hand.

"Kanoodling?" Tommen questioned with a laugh.

"What's going on?" Criston questioned.

"Don't say I didnt warn you. As your best friend I think this is bad for your mental health." Alicent remarked discreetly as Criston approached.

"Are we besties?" Davina mused, Alicent leaned against Davina as she un scrolled it. "That's sweet, I like that. Besties." Davina agreed. Alicent felt a flutter in her chest.

"It's like he was trying to outdo me." Davina remarked throwing back the scroll she watched it burn. "Daemon and Rhaenyra had twins... was this another one of their million attempts to piss my off?" Alicent nodded slightly. "I'm dealing with children." Davina muttered.

"What are you going to do?" Tommen questioned.

"Do? Oh nothing." Davina assured.

"I havent known you to be civil Davina." Tommen countered.

''I havent lost the taste for small rebellions.'' Davina agreed as she marched off.

"Are you eating your feelings mama?" Valyria questioned. Davina sucked at the spatula debating.

"No

"No. Definitely not." Davina decided. "Join me!"

"This is great." Valyria decided. "Why dont we do this all the time?"

"No clue." Davina agreed.

''Where is Davina?''

''In the kitchen your grace''

''Kitchen?'' Alicent moved swiftly to get to Davina when she found her she had batter and frosting splattered over her.

''My love what are you doing?'

''I'm fine I'm totally fine.'' she said sticking another fork full in her mouth.

''You're clearly not.''

''Why would you say something like that of course I'm fine I'm totally fine'' Davina countered.

''Davina...''

''You don't ever tell a woman that she's not fine you don't know what I'm feeling, you can't be the judge if I'm fine if I say I'm fine and I'm fine!" Davina said through another lick of the batter.

''I did warn you." Alicent remarked.

''Fucking raven. Burned the raven.'' Davina muttered.

''Davina.'' she coed

''I told you im fine.' Davina hissed. Alicent stared back at her. "You are really annoying today." Davina decided before staring down at the spatula. "This is amazing batter though."

"Davi," Alicent coed.

''I ate too much now my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm gonna explode.'' Davina whimpered.

"Davina..."

"I don't care. I don't. it's not like... after all this fucking time... but you see, they were inside of her growing and I had this idea that they would rip through her and solve one annoying problem and now they are out in the world. Little fucking spawns."

"Davi..."

"I love you Alicent. Honest I do. You treat me better than he did and you care but... my heart a little shit of it... talked with my head..." Davina remarked. Valyria looked between them as she took another lick of the frost.  "Daemon doesn't like children."

"You didn't either." Alicent reminded her.

"Now she loves kids thats why she keeps having them." Valyria agreed. "When can I get another sister?"

"Never." Davina corrected her.

"Damnit." Valyria murmured.

It made Davina mad and she couldnt even justify it. She loved Harwin and now she loved Alicent.  Davina tired to be a better mum to her kids, a better sister to viserys, a better lover. But Daemon... Daemon. There was something about first loves and picturing a whole future together and getting something, someone else. Her heart and her head needed to get its priorities straight.

"I love our life and the children... I love you. I don't regret us for a moment." Alicent told her and she nodded slowly. "I know this is a lot..."

"Kiss her, that will make her feel better." Valyria offered.

"She's wise." Davina agreed. "Listen to the cutie." Alicent blushed they had never been open with their relationship, they couldnt and yet it seemed Valyria knew, that meant the rest of the kids were not far behind or maybe they already knew. Alicent smiled leaning into Davina.  "I love you."

"there is a special place in hell for Daemon. I'm sure of it." Alicent remarked kissing her gently.

"I love, love!" Valyria declared.

"Is everything going to be okay?" Alicent questioned running her finger through some frosting on Davina's cheek before sticking it in her mouth.

"No." Davina answered bluntly. Alicent stared back at her. "You are in a relationship with me nothing is ever going to be okay."
