"I havent seen mum cry this much ever." Draeya remarked as she leaned into Haenry.

"She misses dad." Haenry whispered.  "We all do."

Davina was Draeya's role model for everything. Davina was a warrior, a fighter, a dragon rider and Davina was fearless. Draeya took to everything Davina did because she wanted to be just like her mother. Davina was there for all the ups and downs but now seeing her so broken, Draeya hated that there was nothing she could do to help fix her mothers broken heart.

The worst day of loving someone is the day that you lose them.

And when you lose someone, it stays with you. Always reminding you of how easy it is to get hurt.

"I thought losing Daemon all those years ago was... the worst days of my life." Davina admitted. "But it wasnt. Not even close. Looking back it was easy compared to this pain that I feel right now."

Alicent didnt know what to say. She had never felt the way Davina felt, twice now. Having the person she loved ripped from her so brutally. So she held onto Davina as she sobbed silently into Alicent.

"I want to be home." Davina rasped into the darkness. "I dont want to be here anymore."

"I know, we leave at first light." Alicent agreed. She ran a hand over Davina's arm as she took long deep breaths, trying to calm her racing mind.

Aemond got ready to climb up. He gripped the ropes and the saddle tightly he felt the heavy purr of Vhagar under him.

''Soves!'' Aemond declared and Vhagar grumbled ''Dohaeras, Vhagar! Soves! Ah!'' Aemond screamed out in fear and joy as Vhagar took to the sky. Sweeping over the city. He had flown with Davina many times but being here now on his own dragon was unlike anything he had ever felt. His own dragon. His.

''Jace, Jace. Jace, wake up.'' Baela declared, the twins had seen Vhagar take off. ''Wake up. Someone stole Vhagar.''

''What?'' Jace questioned rubbing at his eyes.

''Who is it?''

''Jace, what are we doing?'' Luke asked it was far too late for them to be up and about.

"What are you doing?"  Valyria questioned peering out. Luke shrugged as they followed. "Why do you have a knife?" Valyria shouted.

"Protection." Luke offered. Valyria started shaking her head as she went to get Haenry and Draeya, they would know what to do.

''It's him.'' Rhaena remarked bitterly when they got to the cave.

''Hi. It's me.'' Aemond agreed, he just had the ride of his life, he had a dragon now. He couldnt wait to tell Davina, he hoped it would make her smile, take away her tears for a little bit. He wished Draeya was here though to witness his greatness first hand.

''Vhagar is my mother's dragon.'' Baela shouted.

''Your mother's dead. And Vhagar has a new rider now.'' Aemond said proudly.

''She was mine to claim.'' Rhaena shouted in outrage.

''Then you should've claimed her!'' Aemond countered smugly. 'Maybe your cousins can find you a pig to ride. It would suit you.'' Rhaena didn't like that one bit she charged at him. Both twins but Aemond struck them down. ''Come at me again and I'll feed you to my dragon!'' Aemond warned and Jace yelled out as he charged. They all charged at Aemond getting him to the ground, punching him. But Aemond had fire in him. He kicked the girls off and sent a punch to Luke's face, breaking his nose.

"They did what?" Haenry questioned groggily as Valyria pulled him up.

"Luke had a blade, those twins from nowhere land were dragging them down the hall." Valyria went on.

"Why are you shouting?" Haezel questioned peering in.

"Jace is in trouble." Valyria decided and Haezel looked to Haenry.

"THen lets go save him." Haezel declared.

"That's the spirit." Valyria agreed. Haenry groaned falling back into the pillows. "No, no, thats the opposite of what I want." Valyria declared trying to pull him up.

''You will die screaming in flames just as your father did! Bastards.'' Aemond declared as he stood up.

''My father's still alive.'' Luke corrected

''He doesn't know, does he, Lord Strong?'' Aemond smirked back at them. Dark black hair, how could he not.

"Whats going on?" Haezel demanded shuffling to a spot, Valyria stumbled into her as jace kicked sand up at Aemond he flinched back as Luke lunged his blade at Aemonds face slicing his eye. Aemond screamed out as he fell.

"What in seven hells!" Haenry shouted pushing forward. "Aemond!"

"Luke why did you do that?" Valyria cried out. Haezel looked to Jace before moving to Aemond. Jace saw fear in her eyes as she moved past them.

"I just... he was..." Luke stammered dropping the blade.

"Get mama." Haenry instructed seeing his sisters petrified faces as Aemond wailed out in pain. "Get her now!" Haezel nodded grabbing Valyria hand and running off.

Aemond wailed out as ser Harrold Westerling and the guards finally made it to them.

"About damn time." Haenry hissed. "What good are you? Useless without my father, thats what." Haenry sneered.

''My Prince, my Prince. Let me see.'' Harrold requested. Aemond was breathing heavily as he removed his hand from his eye. ''Gods be good..."

"Yeah, where the hell were you?" Haenry demanded as he helped Aemond up. "This kind of insolence wouldnt be allowed on my fathers watch."

Alicent popped up in a panic as the door flew open.

"MAMA! MAMA AEMONDS HURT!" Haezel declared and Davina spun around to face them rubbing at her eyes. "They were up and I dont want to think it was Jace's fault but... mama you should have seen them it was awful!"

"And I said we had to get help. They just ran off and Luke had a blade and I thought what the hell are these girls from nowhere land doing to my Luke!" Valyria added. Alicent looked between them confused as Davina got up. They were not making any sense.

"Slow down!" Davina begged.

"Aemonds hurt. I think it's Luke's fault." Haezel whispered.

"Aemond!" Davina declared dropping before him. "What in seven hells happened!" She demanded.

"I rode a dragon mama Dav." Aemond told her as the maester stitched up his eye.

"Your eye my love." Alicent corrected.

"I rode Vhagar, she is mine now." Aemond told her and a sad smile pulled at Davina's lips.

"Aemond honey... your eye." Davina requested gently bringing a hand to his cheek.

"Vhagar is mine." Aemond was too much like her. He watched the tear fall from her eye. "I'm okay mama Dav, I got a dragon."  Aemond assured her.
