"Yo.. Jasmine right?" a familiar voice tapped me. "Uh hi..." I trail off, pretending to not know his name.
"It's Rick" he smiles. "Oh hey Rick" I smile at him back.
"Wait.. how don't you even know me? I'm like really popular" he laughed.
"Well Mr popular, I didn't know you but I do now" I laugh at his shocked expression.
"Uh... Rick, who's this?" a petite girl with black shoulder length hair with bangs in front. She had fat cheeks and pouty lips, she's so cute.
"Oh guys, this is Jasmine and Jasmine, these are my best friends, Sean and Kayla" he introduced.
"You're talking like she needs the intro more than us" Sean said. "Well I didn't know you but I do know" i say sternly.
These guys really have such a huge ego.
"How is that even possible?" Kayla pouted. "Well, it's cause I'm new to this school" I tell them.
"Really? When did you start?" Kayla asked. "About a month and some days" I answer.
"Oh we were on a camp out for a while. No wonder you've not met us" she says.
"You guys should rest a little. Y'all are doing like you own this school" I laugh.
"Well, we technically do. Kayla's dad is the principal and we're the elite seniors for some reason. So the theory is that everyone should know us" Sean laughed too.
"Oh nice. Well, it was nice meeting you guys though" I smile at them.

"Diana, I want your apple" I stretch to get it from the table but she spanked my hand.
"Don't you dare" she laughed at me wincing in pain.
"Please D" I beg her. "No!" then we start bickering like children and Amelia hit the table in annoyance.
"Jasmine, have my apple. Can you guys quit being children?" Amelia snapped. "Sorry" we both apologised.
While devouring my apple, I noticed 3 people approaching our table.
My friends noticed too and followed my eye direction, only for us to see Rick, Sean and Kayla sitting down on our table.
The whole cafeteria staring at our table and us in confusion.
"I think you guys skipped the elite table meant for you guys" I joke.
"Nah we didn't. We felt like meeting our new friend friends and sit with them. Is that bad? It actually feels good to not feel like royalty" Rick says smoothly.
"Nope, it's not. Wow Rick wow. Well, you guys are welcome to our table. This is Diana and that's Am.." I start saying.
I got cut off by Amelia's hiss following with her standing up and walking away from the table and cafeteria in annoyance. What's wrong with her? lol.
"Well that was Amelia, I think you'll meet her later. I guess" I say, unsure.
"Diana, this are.." I start saying till she says, "Sean, Kayla and Rick; the elite seniors" she grins widely. She looked so happy.
"Well, technically we're all elite seniors cause it's not easy to be in 12th grade" I joke.
"Uh Jas, I don't think you quite get it. Elite seniors is a earned name" Sean juggled his eyebrows at me. "Oh really? So how do I earn mine?" I smile at him.
"Don't worry, you'll see" Rick winked.
